As a 10th grader i wake up daily in morning at 4:00 am and i have observed a great change in my percentage it raised up from 73% to 97% and i was really shocked at that time and i follow 4:00 am routine daily. it makes me more productive as well as it motivates me.. Editing after 2 months ... Now I am waking up at 3 am to solve sample papers....yeyyyy..
During my last exam which was offline (two subjects per day) I was used to sleep at 1:00 am and wake up at 4:30am. The energy of waking up at 4:30 I got because if i won't wake up at that time I will not be able to study because my father wakes up at 4:30 and go for a walk daily and come back at 7:00 . And you may think about alarms then I may tell you alarms can't wake me up no matter how high the volume is. I am surely the female version of kumkarand. And just a day before my first exam i got my periods and the cramps, ooo my god, and because of less sleep they got worse than ever. On my last exam i came back from school and slept for 5hrs, and the cramps magically went away.
During my geography term 1 board exam I also got my periods and the period cramps just went from bad to worse and but still I managed to give exams in that condition but after the examination got over I slept for an hour and my condition got better .

I am studying whole night for exams 4:00am is nothing for me , once you focus on your study time will fly and u will not know how this fast time flyies . So if u want you can getup and study or like me start studying at 11:00 pm till you are done with studying. But only do this on preparation leave cause you have to school for exam and you Definitely need minimum 6 hr sleep otherwise you will fall sleep 😴 in school 🏫 and your exam will spoil so... Btw its your life do as you want. Thanku and all the best
I woke up at 5 for 10 days because I wanted to score well in my unit tests ... I got 20/20 in geography and biology. But I did a question wrong in history...I was very sad about it but we should do mistakes to improve...so yeah!!!! You can do it if you are determined (☆▽☆) p.s- I am in class 9 ICSE
