I rarely comment on videos however, these tutorials have aided me greatly in re-creating certain RU-vidrs worlds so my daughter can play on similar maps. she's 9 years old and autistic so she loves to emulate what she has watched. Your tutorials have aided me in keeping her a little bit happier so thank you.
For the next episode would be great one of the followings: - Populating with mobs - Putting vegetation as corals - Cave design as in real caves under this world and not a world full of caves - Importing constructions as done with the trees but just more specific, with only one build Or any other because these series is great lol

Hey @Lord Dakr , So i started working with world painter today, and haven't watched all of the tutorials here yet, but i think you didn't explain that problem. So if i create a map in world painter, that is not an island it of course gets randomly put into the minecraft map and minecraft doesn't connect it to the rest of the world, so its just a weird different biom in the middle of another one, that is 10 blocks lower and cuts the hills of the loaded map. Would the only solution be to load it into world painter again, smooth the sides of it and change the biom, or is there a setting, so that the minecraft map kinda fits the surroundig i made? And why has your island from the first tutorial been in a sea? just luck? mine was in the middle of a forest... :/
I just want a regular minecraft forest but whenever I place the vanilla trees the leaves keep despawning and I literally don't know what to do anymore. I've tried downloading a tree pack but I for the life of me, cannot figure out how it works.
Ive been working on Transylvania and I use the Conquest Reforged mod I painted in some trees that I’m bot very proud of am i able to remove them and paint in new ones?
What texture pack are you using in this!? I apologize if its something you've already covered in a previous video, this is the first of your videos ive seen
my world doesnt generate default trees since I had to remove them for the custom trees. is there a way to either make new chunks load in default trees or make new chunks load custom trees?
@Lord Dakr I have been interested in World painter, and recently installed it. Because I wanted to create a volcano in my jungle area, I figured Zedong's World painter kit would help me create a nice volcano. I went to the link google docs, and clicked on the download link. I got some sort of error and told me I needed a DropBox account, any ideas?
Tornadic_brigadier786 you need to make a Dropbox account then. Sometimes there is another option that will take you to the download or close that window. That’s a Dropbox issue, not a world painter one. If you’re having issues with Dropbox, they have customer support that can help you out with that.
AbbyOfDragons Thanks for the reply. I was curious if Dropbox was part of the downloading process or not. I’m surprised he didn’t reply, guess he is extremely busy. Also I currently do not have Dropbox installed on my computer. Like I said, I only wanted confirmation of Dropbox being apart of the download process.

Im trying to modify map i got in minecraft, well i got an issue that is propably because of new version of Minecraft In version 1.14.4 is everything working just fine but when im trying to add the same seed of the map in World Painter with version 1.16.1 it does not load every chunk :/ Anybody knows a sollution?

So when i add a custom plants layer it just covers EVERY block when i draw onto the map, no matter what brush or intensity i use... does anyone know why?
o lord, my Dutch ears hurt when you butchered that name 😂 You made that name sound Italian or Spanish. The translation is ‘Spring Breeze’ and phonetically you pronounce the name this way: Lend-the-breaze-juh (the ‘J’ is to be pronounced as the letter ‘Y’ is pronounced in the word ‘You’). Lord Dakr It's looking good btw! Just wondering do you think using spruce wood fences for trees would look better than oak wood fences, as it's a more similar colour to the logs/trunk? I kinda like the basic vanilla look as well though.
ahhh I Wish it said " f-o-R-T-r-e-s-S " because that's something I would like can you make buildings or building - frames in world painter ??? it would be very useful for cities , castles , walls and other large structures
You can pull any schematics into world, however I wouldn't advise trying to use it for buildings as the placement will be random with a brush. I'd use world edit or the placement of buildings after exporting the map
thanks But I knew that way didn't work @@lorddakr what I meant was shaping the terrain into large structures that would be a lot harder to make by hand thanusing the cave layer to make a hollow chanbers where the interior should be could that work for big structures ???
