My house satin finishes in most areas including the kitchen. No such issues probably the top area coating tile is damaged. Even most satin has a lotus effect like oleophobic coating. So dirt won't stick like a mat. Here in my house cleaning is weekly maid that is cleaned twice and we use reliance on my mopz floor cleaner .
