apartment is 2900 - 3000 carpet area ... 6000 is after a 100% markup on carpet area ... that way one is paying a 17k-18k per sq. ft... this is extremely expensive for the area .. 10k - 12k is the avg rate in the area .. by that calculation this property is not worth more than 3.5 crores max .. so one ends up paying 30-40% more on this property if they pay 5.3 crores ... buyers be smart about your money .. and requesting the channel owner to be more buyer friendly in terms of presenting facts .. 😇
