if you have 38 crore, never ever invest for such walls and sky cage, unless your net worth 100cr+ With 5cr even you can build a Mansion at your own place and live king, can visit almost the entire world with interest money only. Never buy costly flat.

Video is very nice. It's not like some property video tour where only background music is playing while they shoot video and upload. Here the host explains everything in detail. It's just that it would be better if a comprehensive summary of the property was given beforehand like number of beds and baths, listing agents and some additional information about structural and architectural aspects. Looking at this video it felt as if they were allowed in the property for a limited time only and had to cover as much as possible in ten minutes 😂😂

I m glad that I m grounded.....Uttrakhand is best.....I hav small house where I live with my parents,spouse 30km away from Mussorie n v hav back space for gardening...v cook outside whenver v plan....!!! Its value priceless for me.......!!! I feel ur presentation lacking direct communication with nature....ne room where u can enjoy raining,gardening,direct sunlight means open area like terrace.....I think gardening is one aspect where people relax....!!!

The first thing I noticed was the pollution in the air. While the apartment may be nice, I also care about the environment. I hope that big cities and the rest of India will improve and transition to electric options. I have visited Mumbai twice before (India 14 times in total). Normally, I expect to see mountains with a clear view, but all I saw was dust and pollution. Considering the price, I would prefer to build a villa somewhere in Switzerland or Spain. I am Born in the Netherlands and i love India, don't get me wrong. Aside from that, the interior of the apartment looks decent.

If i had so much rupee then i would buy a 10 acre villa for myself in the hills of uttrakhand , which will cost me not more than 5 Cr and will Invest the remaining 35 Cr so as to get a good interest every year which will keep fueling rest of my life, And will live a peaceful life away from congested & polluted city in the middle of mighty Himalayas along with my better half and parents, living every precious moment that this life has given me.☮️🙂🧘‍♂️

The apartment value is $5 million, which means that you need at least $10 million to buy it. Before anyone asks any questions about $10 million, you need to pay GST, furnish it and still have enough money to live your life there. How many people in Mumbai have that type of money? Only about 2,500 and many of these may already have places to live already. Lodha has built so many of these apartments, but I doubt there will be any takers. And Mumbai is not that great a city to attract NRIs. India still is not a country with high paying jobs. So, I am not sure why people are building such things. I do not see too much demand for it.

My cousin lives in this same lodha property They can't open windows on upper floor After some time we feel alone and depressed Bcoz no outside voice or any air😢 We went to meet him Tht tym we loved house but after 2 to 3 days we feel sad And we suffer in lift for 10 to 15 mins to get down😂

I don't think the apartment is worth 38 crores. I feel 81 Aureate has got more elegant looks of the Arabian sea than the Lodha world towers. It also costs less comparatively .
