The thing that bugs me the most about GT is how some drivers can be rated A, obviously good, and still be so dirty, and I try to be clean and have never gotten above C. Very frustrating. Anyway great vid thank's for the guides Tidge!

Just keep coming in top 6 and you will eventually get out. There's dirty drivers in every dr rating but C dr and below is really bad carnage.

You can be fast and be clean. Sounds to me like you're too wary of making a mistake and therefore your overall race position is affected. It's racing, mistakes happen. Just when they do, give the place back and apologise (assuming it's your fault)

@@TCR_PILOT I've ran in to more frequent and more egregious dirty drivers in C than I met at any point getting up to C. I don't play much, think a race A Jeep race the competition dropped me out of S safety and dropped my driver rating once right after it went up; after hitting C, 3 races and I quit playing for the last several weeks because I've never been banged off the track, intentionally spun, full send recipient, or other disrespectful driving in all the races previously combined as I experienced in those three, with different idiots, at different times of day. I don't want to tank my rating just to have fun again, and I don't feel like wasting maybe the only couple hours I have a week to play with people who think GT7 is bumper cars. I'll just farm pve credits and watch Grady finish 2nd once in a while ;)

@@gkscoob1507 I actually found that bottom A dr pretty bad too. It got better as I approached mid A and was really clean in bottom A+. Haven't raced in A+ lobby since achieving it

Brands Hatch in GR3 cars is very enjoyable. I never really knew the track before and it's been great trying the plethora of viable cars as I figure this one out. Thanks for the guide Tidge.

Thanks for your tips on kyoto. I was able to improve my lap time by a whole second and a half where before I couldn’t improve. Still as not as fast as you but I’m happier with my lap time at a 1:41.329

Race B was gonna be fun but the McLarens are wrecking people! I was attempting to pass one for 2nd on lap 1 coming up to the big sweeper turn, and he decided to nick me in the side, I was driving a Lambo and I completely spun out and smacked the wall hard. Got a penalty for hitting the barrier too! Race C I haven’t tried out yet but I’m seeing the AMGs are definitely gonna be strong

Too many driving mistakes in Daily C this morning on a track i enjoy, plus i should of went the Porsche. Daily A was so frustrating, luckily the French driver won in the amazing BTCC livery as they were fast and clean.

I'm not using Moza at the moment. I use Fanatec at the moment as they are officially compatible, so for Gran Turismo I would choose the Fanatec.

I don’t know, yes he should not have punted Mario. Trying to force 3 wide in that turn when obviously the gap wasn’t there and forced his car to go completely unstable is understandable as to why he was frustrated. Sonic definitely caught the worst of it. :(

20:35 Just as with the Nordschleife, I don't agree on the hard overtaking part. It's a very technical track so there are going to be different lines and lots of small errors (as this video actually shows). I also did a race here last week for KNAF, and went from P12 to P4 in a single stint. So plenty of opportunities to pass.

I don't know whether I prefer the Forza Motorsport penalty system of adding your penalties at the end of the race or taking them during the race like GT7. I do know that the GT7 system actually works and gets the penalties right more often than not. FM has the potential to be better but as it is now the innocent get punished and the rammers keep going.

For me I'd prefer the penalty at the end of the race just added to laptime. I think some penalty zones are in poor places or just amplify a penalty to much.

I don't use setups in the weekly race guide but if I do use a setup in a race on a video I will 99% share it (1% is where I forget and it goes in a comment).

That's different for a car with front engine and front drivetrain (FF) as well for mid engine and rear drivetrain for example (MR) and Front engine with rear drivetrain (FR)

+5 is to rotate the car more as normally in Gran Turismo we suffer understeer so I'm trying to reduce that.
