Considering it’s pretty easy to appeal a grief, it’s definitely worse off just griefing random people in hc but Payo probably had this karma coming for sure! Love his old clips and what not, but man had some bad juju coming his way for sure!

depends on your capability as a player, some do it for the challenge. Payo does it for content :p

That's why i don´t think i´d make a good hardcore player i´d be bored senseless playing safe and i imagine it´s the same for these players it´s the rush of a gambler you´re all in everything on the line it´s a rush

@@orbital1004 Probably shouldn't be hardcore at that point, and no one says you HAVE to delete the character other than the social contract.

Right now if you're killed by a griefer, the death is excused, so functionally it's a non-issue in regards to hardcore character progression. Beyond that, these griefers thrive on the rage and anger that people have. Take it from a guy that's been dealing with Classic WoW stream snipers and griefers on a daily basis for 4 years now - the answer is learning to dance in the rain, so to speak.

You’re already allowed to rez if your death was directly caused by a griefer if you appeal it. It’s been this way for a while and it does nothing to stop people from griefing because killing players or the mobs they need still prevents them from playing the game and messing with streamers gives them attention.
