I love my Zuvi, I’m 55 and my long colored hair was feeling old, dry, frizzy, using pricey products, and this dryer works great for me. I’m happy with this investment and I luckily got it on sale. I don’t have to wash it every day,. Win win. Best dryer I’ve ever owned. Hair looks great.

I recently discovered your channel and wanted to tell you how much I love your videos. I think I've seen almost all of them now. A strange coincidence. I’m in the same boat exactly! I’ve been wanting to buy a new high tech hair drying system and almost went with the Dyson. @@SkinObsessedMary I have!! I am also on a very similar hair repair journey as you - but I work from home and rarely blow dry or heat style my hair. I've been using epres (bond repair spray) and the ogx hair oil about once per week. I also do not use shampoo. I stopped using it in 2018. I used to wash my hair every day. I read something that basically said you don't need shampoo, so I stopped. I have a condition where I do not have sweat glands so I do not sweat (trust me, it's a curse!). My hair improved significantly after stopping shampoo but growth is still slow. Then I hit perimenopause! I recently received the shark flex style as part of a trial program and I actually love it, I just don't use it much. If I still had to go out every day to an office I would absolutely purchase the halo!! (I know, long, TMI story simply to say I've heard of it 😂😂)

I did not have luck with the Zuvi. I agree it seems to increase shine but for me with very thick, somewhat heavy hair it took for-ev-er to get my hair dry. Forever. And then it still didn’t seem like it was completely dry. If you read Zuvi reviews you will read that some have posted this. It is a lovely hair dryer but in my experience designed for more thin, fine, normal hair.

I am 55 and my hair is thick and wavy and fairly normal/dry, even still. But I have been thinking about the Dyson for a while but I'm going to really look into the Zuvi. It sounds like something I'd be interested in even more than the Dyson. Thanks for another great video. I've subscribed for quite a while.

Hi Mary! I have the Dyson Airwrap and the Dyson hairdryer and love them both. But I ordered the Zuvi after watching your video. It arrived today and I tried it immediately. Wow! I’m shocked how much better it worked just on restyling my hair! The Dyson IS hot. I don’t have color treated hair or anything but my hair gets so hot when styling using the Dyson that sometimes I wear a glove to hold the hair that is being styled. I’m excited to try using the Zuvi after washing tomorrow. I wasn’t expecting to love it but still wanted to try it. I’m so happy I went for it!

I got both of my Dysons as soon as they were available but I didn’t use either consistently. I was also using a Drybar hairdryer, too. None was perfect for me. I would eventually use the Dyson hairdryer just to dry and use the round brush on the Airwrap to style. I had to buy an aftermarket attachment made for the hairdryer which softened the flow of air which helped. I’ll see how it goes. I may put them up for sale!

@@carolwalsh2181 I bought the Airwrap for the curls but like you used the brush the most. But I’m realising the hot brushes really damage the hair so maybe Christmas is the best time to sell up!

This looks very interesting! My concern is how thick my hair is. I have very thick hair and it already takes me about 25 minutes to blow dry. I'm wondering if this would be hot enough to dry my hair. I ditched all things like the Revlon because it was damaging my hair. A good hair dryer makes a huge difference. I so want to try this! Also something I've been doing that has been a huge game changer is to use a coconut oil mask before washing. I've been using the OGX remedy oil, leave it on for 20-30 minutes and then wash the hair. Holy cow batman! My hair is so flipping soft and hydrated! Abby Yung discusses this on her channel. There is research that shows doing this helps protect the hair from damage and keeps the hair moisturized. Game changer!

Yeah Mary! Thank you for doing this video because I was going to message you about hair tools!! :) I have been using the TYMO Brush Straightener for 3 months now and LOVE IT! You did a great video on it and mentioned the mini????? I ordered it right away for an upcoming trip. Well, mine does not hold a charge. After one use it's dead😱, not even 10 minutes. I exchanged it and this one is doing the same thing😩. Have you purchased yours yet and if so, do you have issues. Definitely returning, but not sure about doing an exchange? Try before you take it on a trip🙄

This looks amazing. Thanks for the review. Big investment so not sure if I’ll. Do it. But I wanted to suggest a product you may like for your daily fringe maintenance. I use TRESemme between washes. It’s a spay tat I use to quickly refresh my hair without having to wash it. I thought you may like it for your daily fringe maintenance.

It’s actually called Between washes style refresh spray. It’s not a dry shampoo. I wish I could send the pic but I can’t figure out how to do it. I think you’ll like it!

I put it into my basket, I wanted to check out and sadly I saw that the BF discount is not valid for EU customers. The price changed to 399 EUR plus 18.92 EUR shipping costs. I disagree you can’t get smooth sleek hair from Zuvi like you did with the Dyson or a regular hair dryer that actually gets hot. It has nothing to do with user skills
