Tried this recepie without vinegar it was awesome 👌. One suggestion is to saute the garlic instead of raw it will add an additional burnt garlic touch to it 😋
Try with vinegar it gives more enhanced taste 😍 earlier I also used to eat this recipe without vinegar but now I started using vinegar and u won't beleive but the taste has changed a lott❤
Few suggestions: 1. Fry Garlic before itself in oil and don't add all the oil instead add a little water 2. Don't use vinegar 3. Use chilli flakes or organic flakes 4. Don't strain maggie water(edit: you can add little water so it does not dry too much) 5. Try adding less masalas That's all!!!

I tried it and love it. I will never eat maggi in another way. I instead fry garlic directly then pour the oil along with garlic. That makes garlic more tasty .
i tried this but with a twist. first i boiled the noodles, took them off flame and cooked the garlic, green onions, seasonings on low flame and then added back the noodles. it was yum 👌 but i want to try adding chilli sauce, vinegar and soy sauce next time as well.
@@Bbvvkk You could have more experience in cooking than me by no means I'm in vain but the sauce is way too expensive to be just colour haha probably a good cooking substance like butter but less in calories than oil. I don't think this would taste that good not as good as ghee
@@amartyapandit This is originally a Korean dish and soy sauce is essential in most Korean dishes. It cuts down the savouriness, breaks down the oil and also gives the authentic taste and smell.
I didn't add sesame seeds and vinegar as I didn't had them. Also, I didn't had spring onion and soy sauce so I added a little sized normal onion and veg sauce and the garlic I added after making its paste. It was still great. Now sometimes I will make this. 😌

I added ginger garlic paste, green chilli sauce, maggie masala, chilli power, salt and chilli flakes and skipped rest ingredients. The taste 😮💨🤌🏻❤️ and now my home smells like heaven🫠🫠🫠
You know what.... Maggie's worlds best receipe is here... 1.take water 2.before adding maggi just add some salt and turmeric (very little) 3.also put finely chopped red chilli in the water.. 4. Add maggi(let it boil) 5.add maggie masala given with packet 6. (After boiling of maggi,) Then add maggi masala -e- magic(generally used for making sabji)rs10 pouch (add it in very less quantity... 7. Add Schezwan chutney (1 tbsp) 8. After completely cooking the maggie.. 9. Add Mayonnaise (1 tbsp) 10. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes... SCREENSHOT THIS Kindly comment after trying it.. It tastes like heaven 🫣😻
