Hi Tina! A tip when you’re baking and unsure if it’s fully cooked, once the dessert is out of the oven stick a toothpick in the middle of the dessert and pull it out to see if there’s anything stuck to it. If it’s fully cooked , the toothpick will come out clean ! Otherwise plop it in the over for another 2-3 minutes give or take but make sure to always check in to prevent it from being burned . Hope this helps ❤

So I've been making the mac and cheese recipe for a few years now and even made my own adjustments, and it's such an easy quick meal if you're too tired to whip up something. So basically i use 1 cup pasta, 1 cup water and some salt and put it into the microwave for 5 mins. Then i add sliced onions, Jalapeños, pepper, chilli flakes, garlic powder, any hot sauce, milk, grated mozzarella and feta and put it into the microwave for abother 2 to 3 minutes. Sooo divine!!! 😅

My favourite mug cake recipe is one I made in college, I will share it now and only now as it’s simple and requires no eggs: 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of milk - microwave for 30 seconds 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and 1/4 cup of self raising flower. Mix and microwave for 90 seconds. The result is a chocolate cake that’s not too sweet. Really helped my cravings.

A neat trick to oil/butter a mug. Grab a pair of tongs, grab onto a small folded square of paper towel. Set the towel into the oil/butter. Coat the mug. Another hack would be to use a oil/butter spray.

If you want a quick mini pizza, english muffins, tomato paste, cheese and toppings and put it in a toaster oven or sandwich press (with the handle propped so it doesn't touch the cheese) or if you're really impatient, the microwave works too, just less crispy.

Rub a stick of butter with a paper towel then use that paper towel to wipe down the mug or a casserole, whatever you may be baking in. If your stick of butter is almost done you can do that with the wrapper.
