😱🤭the BEST vegan fried chicken!

I wanted to create a "fried chicken " dish for hubby. Not just any fried chicken but the BEST fried chicken.
I'm happy to say that he approves!
This fried chicken not chicken was simply amazing! It tasted like chicken, it was soooo crunchy, and juicy! that part was simply satisfying. And oddly, it didn't taste like mushrooms. it was GOOD!

I went to a few local markets in my area Palm Coast Florida and none of them had oyster mushrooms 🙈 so can I use other type of mushrooms?

Hey Shelley! I have not tried this with other mushrooms. I’m assuming you can try it with other mushrooms but the water content might be higher. I’ll do some experimenting and let you know.

Is there a recipe with measurements? Sorry but I'm not a seasoned cook so I prefer to have measurements. Seasoned cooks don't need that I know. Please post measurements. Thanks.

A good rule is about 1/2 tsp each seasoning per cup except salt and hot seasoning like peppers that you decease but this will need to be adjusted for taste this is a good start
