DHEA is what worked wonders for me!! I have a AMH of 0.28 (32 years old) and had 2 miscarriages. After taking DHEA 75mg for 8 weeks I noticed that my PMS symptoms disappeared - boob pain for 2 weeks and 3-4 days of spotting (which tells you that something could be wrong with your eggs). Then we tried again and conceived first try! I am currently pregnant with a baby boy :)

Hello, im watching this and makes me feel Hope, im 39 years old and low amh 0.3 doc say i need right now in vitro! I have been told that I am great and same for my partner. I have been researching since that day in 2019 however my partner have been trying since 2017. Then I just did not except it and have been on the hunt ever since. I did reiki, Mira, Fearlessly Fertile, even took an overseas priest to help with oils, soap etc. Now my partner is looking to make kids through donation or even co-parenting with another women. I am devastated! I have another Dr appoint on the 10th and I really needs answers. I know that its been 10 yrs since my last live birth. I NEED ANSWERS because i have spent so much money. I take vitamins, from Prime Rose, D3 , Fish Oil, Fertility pills and Maca. I exercise and watch what I eat and try to stay calm and destress. After 4 years in 2020 I took a break just to rest and now I am ready, because Unexplained Secondary Pregnancy can not be it for me.

My amh is really low - 2.2pmol. I’m 33, normal periods & bloods say I’m ovulating. My bloods are good & my husbands tests have come back normal. IVF is really expensive. Unfortunately we don’t qualify for it on the NHS. Do I keep trying naturally? Thanks in advance. I love your videos!

4 years of primary unexplained infertility here. I had 6 IUIs without any results. Never had any +. This month I will have hysteroscopy with biospy, Caryotype for both of us and DNA fragmentation for my husband in order to go IVF. I am 35 and this is very difficult emotionally. I feel I am doing everything right (diet, supplements, exercice, osteopathy, acupuncture, etc.) and I don't feel I am infertile..

Hi doctor, could you please have a look at my test results and tell me how is my position, I am 36 yrs (estradiol level=124 pmol/L, FSH=4 IU/L, LH=3 IU/L, prolactin level=381 mIU/L, testosterone= 0.9 nmol/L, progesterone=1 nmol/L, TSH=1.57 mU/L, 25 hydroxyvitamin D3=29.6 nmol/L, Amh 13.1 pmol/L) I have done all test at day 5 of my cycle except AMH which has done at day 3 and also another progesterone test at day 21 which is = 64 nmol/L)

I have never done anything to prevent a pregnancy and I’m 45 years old. I’ve been together with my husband 10 years we just got married on May 4 and right after we got married he said “I think that we should try and have a baby.” The look on my face was shock because I have already mourned the loss of not having children. I told him that if we were going to do this we need to get after it because time is not on our side. I went and got my AMH levels checked and the doctor was a complete (I don’t even want to say the word on here) jerk. I’m scheduled to go to a fertility clinic. I think there is a huge problem with fertility and it has to do with our vitamins and minerals. I am trying really hard to get that in order but I was really disgusted with my doctors office. She gave me the results and said nothing except “you need to google clinic” not even refer me out or say let’s check other levels. I pray for all of you that are trying and you’ll be blessed. Hi I am 40 years old, have not got pregnant before. I was diagnosed with endometriosis and did a laparoscopic surgery in Feb 21. At the moment I am trying to get pregnant without success. I am taking supplements like vit D, prenatal, co2 and iodine. Still no results my husband going to have a Semen analysis soon. I feel lonely a bit trying on my own.

I’ve been ttc since I was 30 after double jaw surgery. Took a year 1/2 to get pregnant then had 12 miscarriages. Only one got far enough to be tested 9weeks the rest between 4-6 weeks. Had so much testing and not found any reason. Then last April update AMH 2 years before it was 18.3 then had gone to 3.6. Now having some perimenopause symptoms FHS is slightly higher than normal and oestrogen slightly lower.

The one embracing tested was triploid and extra 14 and 20 chromosomes. Both had karyotyping, sperm analysis just doing drag test waiting the results, thyroid testing, vitamin d,bs, a diabetic one, nhs standard tests, pip and cerm trails and nk cell tests, on top of doctor standard fertility test, FSH, LH, progesterone,androgen, testosterone, oestrogen, prolactin, protein thing. So many no idea where to go next

Doctor I just had a failed ivf today and I’m only 25 years old, I have pcos and I don’t ovulate regularly so I and my partner decided to do ivf, first of all the doctor retrieved only 7 eggs out of the multitude I made and he said the rest ovulated on their own while the procedure was still going on, then secondly he said only 5 out of 7 fertilized, 1 did not divide, 2 died and 2 were still in the 2 cell stage as at day 3 after retrieval, so they wanted me to come on day 3 so they could put back the 2 cell embryo on day 3 , but out of heartbreak I declined the offer, doctor do you think my eggs are genetically abnormal or the fault was from the clinic? I am so sorry to hear this. @OVO, you are young. You should focus on regulating your cycles and PCOS. Give your self time with preconception work and you should be able to conceive. Focus on what you can control and know that we are here to help you if you need.

Wow thanks, no matter if you’re 40 or whatever, after reading Dobbie Nerkstrol's guide, I ended up pleasantly surprised. Within 60 days anyone can get pregnant, feeling the changes in your body the first few weeks. After go’ogling her I understood it's not a miracle kind of thing like the title suggests, but you can bet you'll boost your chances.
