@marcsklarthefertility I'm 45 I've been trying for many years and nothing. I do have scar tissue blocking my fallopian tubes not sure how bad. I am rubbing capitol oil on my abdomen wear I was told to I'm even trying this new vitamin that is called Yi my xao nothing is possible without getting the scar tissue remove but I can't afford that. I got pregnant naturally last year for the first time at 49. I hadnt tried before and had never used artificial birth control in my life. I used natural b.control like condoms and withdrawal method. 41 years old here and 6 weeks pregnant! I have 5 kiddos, my eldest is 20 and just had her first baby, and we started to try almost 3 years ago and had a miscarriage very early on then all of this time passing, we just decided to stop focus on trying about 2 months ago, and SURPRISE! I really feel like stress and worrying and tracking and forcing can really end up hurting the process. We are praying this one is healthy and arrives as planned (due date is pretty sweet too…..2/2/22!) Sending positive energy and baby dust to all who want to add to your family!

I can relate to this, i’m 45 and been trying to get pregnant as well. Having issues with ovulation/period... Makes me so sad for every negative preganancy results ☹️ sometimes i feel like giving up since going to infertility doctors and all through those labs and test are so expensive, like not much of an option for me financially 🥺 still praying and hoping for a miracle that the Lord would answer my prayers just like Hannah and Sarah (barren women in the bible) i really wanna be a mom and hoping for a baby 😢

All these tests and worries but if Sarah could conceive at 90 n gave birth to a whole Israel generation, why should I worry about what God is the master over. I wish I live in your state. I am so nervous my ET is tmrw. A week before my endometrium lining was 8.7.. I am not sure if it would have thicked going on... 17yrs of married life and couple of failed ivf icsi,3rd attempt tmrw. Here I’m saying again I did all of those tests and all with the 1 IVF and 5 IUI and still unsuccessful after 18yrs Dr Marc... my only issue is irregular periods as I forgot to mention in my first comment to you... i recently started going to sleep and reading a book at 10pm. I used to go to bed at 12 or even 1230... when I started to sleep at 10 - it sucked because Ifelt I lost so much time to work but all I can describe the benefits as, it feels delicious. I cant explain why that's my description but it's so nice. I dont need to do all that work.

So its better for me to spend 3 months working on my fertility/health, rather then getting pregnant as quickly as possible at 40? I'm currently experiencing a miscarriage ( conceived first cycle of trying) so I know I can get pregnant, I just want to stay pregnant next time. I also had 2 kids in my 20's.

I just had my 50th birthday and am having a tubal reversal 11-15-2023. The doctor did recommend a donor egg solely based on my age. I’m in great shape and was very fertile before I had a tubal ligation. I have 6 children naturally. Please give me your advice to have another baby after my reversal.

I was questioned as to why I wanted to go through it when I was already premenopausal. The bedside manners were awful and I never went back. Not to mention that I had to complete a long history information twice and them the doctor didn’t even look to my information and was rushing me.

Another great video as always! Personally at almost 42 now I have done almost all mentioned above yet 2 failed IVFs, preparing to try for the 3rd one but 100% naturally; like Dr. Sklar mentioned in the video life style ,& nutrition goes together, living in NYC kinda hard, very hard! I need to mention also that the water you are drinking If from a water filter ( Brita etc...) is definitely NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! I recently bought a ALEXAPURE water filter and purifier which is fantastic, the best water I have ever drank, HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!! No more plastic water bottles in my house for almost 6 months now. Dr. Sklar: what is the ideal Estradiol level and size for each mature follicle when trying to conceive 100% naturally but through an IVF clinic? And what exactly do you mean FSH- LH 1:1 ratio? English is my second language so I am having hart time to understand some of your recommendations. This month having only 3 follicle and on day 12 of my cycle with a Estradiol level of 123.2 wondering if I would have had a chance, this month my fertility doctor said the number was not good enough 😞 Thank you for your videos ! 🙏

Thank you for your comments. Some much about E2 levels and follicles depends on the number of follicles and their sizes, and this changes daily. I agree with your fertility doc that these numbers don't look ideal.

Im 41 and last week my obgyn was saying Im getting old and I better do ivf. That me and my husband don't want. I'm sure we will get pregnant soon. High hopes.

@Mimi mimk I take serrapeptase but sometimes I bleed after 2 weeks of my period. So stop to used it not finish I already take 1 and half bottles so in 1 bottle is 100 coated tablets is it OK. Or suppose to be how many months do I need to take serrapeptase
