As a Croatian I am so proud of Serbia and Slovenia, it means so much to me that they went trough ❤ So so so happy for the south Slavic sweep in the final, never underestimate the power of neighbourly voting. When I tell you the amount of internal screaming(in a good way) I was doing when Serbia, Portugal, and Slovenia all got called was insane. I was in class at the time(yes I'm American I'm sorry) and just had it on while doing work so I couldn't exactly do much else. So happy all of them are through and overall really happy with the qualifiers. Feels weird to be completely satisfied after the results are announced.

Ireland is legitimately the most elevating staging I have ever seen in my life. I avoided all rehearsal stuff and I am so glad because let me tell you my jaw was on the floor, I was gasping every five seconds, AND THE FLOATING CANDLES WHAT THE HOW DID THEY COME UP WITH THIS. Let me tell you I gave at least half of my Aussie votes to Ireland and I was on the edge of my seat during the announcement. I always thought the song was great but staging could be make it my new winner. We will have to wait for Italy's but I am SO SO IMPRESSED!

Congratulations Tom. Ireland is in the finals and big meow to Ireland😺😺.I was already happy after they called the first 3 countries (🇷🇸🇵🇹🇸🇮). Raiven's tears made me so happy, she maybe didn't expect to Q in the first place. I'm happy that I managed to get 9/10 Q correct which is very good😄😄 (I put Cyprus out and Poland in). And Poland's NQ is not sensational, but it's a little bit surprising. After the first few countries I was a bit surprised when she called Cyprus. The show was amazing and I can't wait for Thursday.

So happy with these results 🥳 Serbia, Slovenia, Ireland, and Portugal were all songs that are in my top 15 of the whole contest that I was going to be devastated to see NQ, but now I get to live in a world with ALL of them in the final 💓💓 I'm especially proud of Ireland, I've loved the song and stage performance concept from first watch and never doubted Bambie Thug to give us something remarkable in Malmo, but the journey they've had with the rehearsals and getting the fandom/betting odds's support after people realized how incredible the staging and their performance is... Honestly, up there with Croatia in terms of a Eurovision underdog success story, both as an artist and in Ireland's recent history in the contest 😭

I genuinely cant describe how good Ireland was. That performance was perfect this should easily be a top 10 contender if thr Juries are nice ,(my friend has a photo of my jaw literally dropped watching the performance).

I was going to cut my losses with Slovenia after the shaky rehearsal clip and vote for Ireland only but after the performance I was like "you know what, she deserves at least a shot" and split my votes between Raiven and Bambie. I'm so glad I did, Raiven deserved it 100%

Congratulations to Bambie Thug! 🤩This was amazing! The performance was breathtaking! I wouldn't be surprised if they actually won the televote! It seems that the exorcism on stage worked very well and the spell of non-qualifiers is lifted!!! 😂The best performance of the night for me, and I thought that everything was high quality. Tough competition this year! But they could do very well in the final, with such artistry and originality. 🤞 So happy that Portugal, Slovenia and Serbia made it too. That was quite a shock that the 3 of them went through, so... televoters can appreciate good balades too! For the final, I hope the camera cuts for Croatia will be better... not enough on Baby Lasagna, I thought. Especially at the right moments... for example "meow cat, please meow back"... not on him. 🥲 And also, more eye contacts with the camera, please! It is of course a difficult exercise... the artist must give everything they can for the TV viewers who will be voting and at the same time it's a live performance in a huge arena and they want to please the crowd. But just a little bit more for the TV audience! 😉

OMG so fecking HAPPY! They called the three ballads first & it's so GOOD that all three of them went through. Then i only had to wait for Ireland. I know as a Dutchy how it is to be called last or the one before last. They do that almost all of the time to the Netherlands & Belgium. There's a clip of the Belgian presenter cursing when they were called first, because that was so unexpected. Now to Luxemburg as well. 🙂BeNeLux baby. But oh my goodness. I SCREAMED when they called Ireland. So so sooooooo happy & so deserved! That performance was something else.

It's wonderful that Finland made it. I don't believe in winning, but Teemu and Henri are very kind and invested absolutely impossible into this. Also, the song is funny and has a good message. It's a shame that Windows95man's English isn't always very good and it might affect the interviews.

So pre-broadcast i got 9 out of 10 but after the broadcast swapped Slovenia for Australia and voila 10 out of 10. All well-deserved qualifiers - Croatia still my number one followed now by Ireland who staged fabulously. Tom came here just to see your reactions - priceless! You should advertise Mastercard "Ticket to Malmo xx, Accommodation in Sweden yy, Eating in Sweden zz...seeing your country qualify for the final...priceless"

Had Poland in over Slovenia on my prediction spreadsheet. Didn't compensate enough with that draw, and the diaspora point kept them above the threshold. On the night, she was the one that got lost in the first half, I thought, and not Cyprus as I feared (they were the ones in 10th in my final on-the-day predictions). Slovenia were 11th, though, so nearly had it!

Very happy for you and Ireland! And very well deserved, that staging was lit! Absolutely fantastic, original, and elevating the song so much. Overall, few suprises. I was slightly surprised maybe with Serbia, which I always saw as a qualifier but found slightly underwhelming. And with Poland not qualifying, but I can't say it was a huge surprise. Personally I dislike Finland but knew it was very likely to qualify. And I liked Australia better than Luxembourg, but I understand why Luxembourg made it and Australia didn't. I was always planning on giving Ireland a vote since it was in my top ten before the semis and I liked that Ireland was trying something new. They ended up being my number one performance of the semi and possibly the entire competition. Loved the camera angles and how Bambie elevated the song live. I understand now the high betting ranking and can see winner potential in this but then again, my last years number one performance was Blanca Paloma.

Because manny youth went from Croatia to Ireland searching for better life, we made a joke about that; asking" which Croatian island is the biggest one"? The answer is.....Ireland❤ Bravo for Bambi, it was sensational performance, glade to quallifay, also Slovenia, wow!!!! Agree with everything ... Ireland for me is the best performance and cameras shoots were amazing although I'm not quite fan of the genre I love it 👏 then Slovenia 🇸🇮 WOW and of course as I expected Croatia👍.Also preud to go through Serbia & Portugal👏

All the ones i wanted to get through did for the first time. So glad serbia, portugal and slovenia made it. Bambie completly blew me away and ireland was actually my favourite of the night followed by ukraine. I haven't been following so much this year so i had only watched some countries's acts beforehand (very few, including my country - portugal) so it was really cool that all my picks made it. I also don't know what the acts on semi 2 are but having just seen this first semi my winner would very happily be either ireland or ukraine.

They should leave the contestants' reaction for longer!! Amazing show. I danced a lot! Will re-watch it again tomorrow at my sister's house. I already expect her to complain about the ending being fast 😞

Congrats for Ireland! Personally, I don't like the entry and think it's bad for the image of the contest. Really happy for Portugal and Serbia. And Slovenia was such a nice surprise!
