Fun fact, grip strength is actually something that usually IMPROVES with age past your prime. Purely cuz it's just so hard to strengthen the muscles and tendons in your hand, that it takes decades to fully develop. Many competitive climbers will continue developing their grip strength even through their retirement.

WOW!! This is inspiring me to do more in my weight loss journey!! I’m 30 still young and in time to get in shape fast!! So seeing a 60 years old man being so fit and stronger then younger people…gives you the strength to keep going!! Amen! God bless him and all of you! 💜🙏🏻
My 74 yo father outlasts my mid 40's butt when we go commercial bullraking for clams(quahogs) which is extremely physical. Outlasts me and more than doubles, sometimes triples my catch. He's a machine & I hope he is never over focused on the number. There was a gentleman using an easier but still physical technique who was at our spot every time. He work the entire tide. The 1st time he actually accepted my help to take his catch so he could use both hands climbing the rocky incline I asked him how onld he was. "98, gonna be 99 next month. 😅😅 He clammed every chance he got for a little over 2 more years. Driving his little white pickup till the end. RIP Arthur, one of a kind 😢
@@smile14757 тут об этом и речи нет. Это же не сериал на первой/второй кнопке!!! Вот там реально не мешает актерскому мастерству поучиться прежде чем в съемках участвовать 🤦🏼♀️🤣🤣
If you watch carefully uncle's elbow is bent because his shoulders are engaged all the time that's why he's firm. While the other 2 guys elbow are straight that's why they lost control because their whole engagement is through wrist. ☺️
By having his knee and full extension, he’s using his rectus femoris to help him better. Also, he use his core muscles in a better position with a little more rounding his back, and put his hip in complete posterior tilt.
