L sit muscle up is easier than a normal muscle up... at least for me. The L pose makes it easier to get over the bar

If you can do lots of normal pullups already, than do one arm pullups, but youre other hand is holding your arm so its kind of like a one and a half arm pullup

Same, try focusing on the negatives first and build the control, once you can control the reps, then work on doing explosive concentric, with time you’ll build enough power and control to explode up into the muscle up, because it’s all about the lat power,, I didn’t try it yet but that’s what I know regarding this topic, hope it helps! ✌️
