I LOVE this clip-in half wig!! I’ve been wearing clip ins for years and I have a little bit of tension damage from the combs. This is such a great alternative and will last longer!!!

Girl when I TELL YOU GOD SET YOU UP TO BE IN YOUR ELEMENT!!! 🙌🏾 I was prepared for you to wow me but when you made the headband out of hair, please forgive me, I said "WTH!" out loud and opened the video on my TV and said "I BE DOG-GONE!" Mary you are amazing, everything you touch turns to Gold and most of ur fashions end up in my closet forcing me to find places to go to wear my cute clothes. Ms Mary I also want to say thank you. I was never taught to braid, but had 2 girls. There hair got twists, if I had done it otherwise someone in the hood got paid to braid them up. But I want to say THANKS, I watched your videos late at night, figured out how to crotchet with no cornrows. I've done my hair twice. 2nd time I took pics and posted on FB. So many compliments. Your amazing for helping us. Love the nieces they are too precious. Keep them spoiled but humble. ❤️😁

I used this wig cap to make a crochet braided wig. It's for those persons who are into big hairdos. Another way to explore on hairstyles before getting it done professionally. I had even forgotten about the wig I made. Maybe I could revamp and do a half wig or U shape style wig the possibilities are endless. Well done Mary for bringing this to our action 💃🏿💃🏿👍🏾👏🏽👏🏽🤗

I love it too especially because I feel like clipins can eventually take out your hair. Plus they hurt my head. So this is a better alternative. Was wondering if there is a cap for really small heads?

This is truly so creative and I love how you added in the braided wig cap. Sometimes the clips from clip ins can really hurt, so by adding in the braided wig cap that makes the process less painful and it also adds a extra layer of protection for your natural hair. I think I am going to try this with some different clip ins. The end results were beautiful you did an amazing job honey!

Mary, this is to thank you! I started my hair growth journey with you. I think it was 2020. You and another RU-vidr said one thing that has allowed my hair to get longer. I had been trying for years to get my hair longer. It was growing at 1/2 inch a month but not getting any longer. You and a young woman with waist length hair said, "Leave your hair alone. Wear protective styles". Your hair is much, much thicker than mind but you and I started at the same length. By leaving it alone, my hair is is about 3 inches from waist length!! It's about 16 inches longer than when I started. Thank you, thank you, thank you. When I take it down in December. I'll send a photo stretched and before the ends are clipped. I'm sure it will need least 2 inches of ends clipped which will grow back by April of next year.

Gamechanger! This method will be used. Also for my synthic clip ins, I started using similar crochet hair as a way to cover the track for a half wig look. Its a quick look I can wear daily. Going to get some kinky straight clip ins to create this look using your new method!

I love it I love it I've use clippings and I have some now I do like that idea to where I don't need to clip it to my hair but I do hate the idea of a wig like something but watching how you did it I love it I love it And now I have probably barely about 2 in of hair but my very front is very thin and trying not to strain it right now any ideas would be appreciated and I've been doing stuff like that with the clip-in or adding in a small braided and poof out natural hair but I love it I would love if you might have any insight 😍🥰

Yay! I’m so glad this video was helpful! 🤗I’d recommend making sure the clip ins you’re using match your hair texture, and just rock it curly instead of consistently straightening it to blend with a straight texture. You could also use perm rods in the front for your leave out instead of having to straighten you natural hair to blend with straight hair. 💕
