😴 Hot tub sounds to fall asleep, underwater jacuzzi sounds, 8 hours 

Gives me memories of being a kid when the bath is running when I would stick my head under to hear it. Such a good sound, there’s something so peaceful about underwater sounds.

I used to listen to the water by laying on the floor and pressing my ear to the carpet/rug. Could hear it going thru the pipes and in the tub. Very much like this.

one of my favorite, most relaxing things ever is lying back in a hot bath with my ears submerged with the tap still running into the tub… everything is warm and the rumbly sound is amazing… it makes me so sleepy but unfortunately it’s too dangerous to let myself drift off in the tub like that. this is the only sound on youtube that really replicates how it sounds so i can cuddle up in blankets and visualize myself there! thank you so much!

I use this in the afternoon. I close my eyes. Breath . Repeat hopponopono mantra. Sinuses unblocked. Focus on second sacred chakra. Very good after having a trauma released emotion. At night, I use brown noise to sleep.
