Hey, just a small request, but in your meditation videos I think it would be best to maybe cut out the introduction or at least make it shorter, then add some relaxing background music to these meditations more relaxing and meditative as a whole. You don't have to, but for me personally it'd be better since I use these before I go to bed and it's harder for me to be in that calm state with the introduction and no background music, in comparison to other meditations.

Thank you for your feedback for sure. Introductions are absolutely standard for RU-vid videos, because they have to be designed with a first time watcher in mind. If you do want to repeat the video you may want to take note of the meditation start time and begin there. Also, there is no music in these videos purposely because the intention is not for relaxation. These are intended to enable someone to look at their inner reaction to the gemstone and the prompts and music distracts from someone being able to notice physical and emotional responses. There are plenty of fantastic relaxation meditations available out there if that is your goal - it's just not the goal of these videos. Thank you! 🙏🙏

Does it matter if you have real citrine or the heat treated amethyst? Cause from what I hear most if not all the commercial stuff is fake and the real stuff is incredibly rare.
