I absolutely feel connected to rose quartz. It was easiest for me to start with in work on crystal healing. I finally took your advice Shannon! I wish I had sooner. Several days ago I meditated outside sitting on a towel with my big smokey quartz guy. It was a great feeling. I have even found that I am able to visualize my charkas distinctly now. A bit ago, I was imaginging the spinning energy center of the heart chakra, after breathing when holding rose quartz and then working with it. Citrine is easier to work with as is honey calcite for me. I've been doing what I can with different meditation styles and crystal healing/energy meditations are part of it. So has been transcendental meditation now. It all helps with stress I think and keeps me from panic.

I didn't realize it until this video but I tend to guard my heart, and it gets blocked with stress when I'm exceedingly busy. One thing that helps me open up my heart and feel less stressed is a connection to nature. I get pretty depressed if I don't go hiking or backpacking on a regular basis. I think I derive energy from that, and can more easily pass healing energy and love to others when in nature. It's also just hard in general to accommodate others when stressed. Thanks for this meditation :)
Thank you for this. During the meditation I could feel my heart filling with love. As I was holding the rose quartz, I could feel my heartbeat in my hand and it allowed me to realize how precious life really is. I felt so warm and calm after. I will definitely be doing this more often!

When you talked about forgiving those in the past who have hurt you, I couldn't do that. But that's okay and I realized how much of an effect it still has on me. However, I did feel a lot calmer after the meditation and when I opened my eyes my surrounding had a pinkish hue. Thank you so much for this lovely meditation !
just meditated with my rose quartz stone and necklace in my hand and when i thought specifically about forgiving those who wronged me in the past, i could suddenly feel the heat from the stones in my hand. it was powerful, like nothing i had felt before
I originally didn’t really care for the Rose quartz before I got into crystals because it felt boring and plain, but it really attracted me as I got more into it and into starting my journey as love is a big part that a struggle with, whether it’s myself or romantically etc. Now I find how plain it is as comforting kinda like love is. I held the rose quartz in one hand and clear quartz in the other and it heated up so much.

First time I've ever meditated with a crystal, I've had them for years but never used them. I'm 13 and trying to make a better, mindful, peaceful person. I think this meditation worked because I was warm and my chest felt fuzzy, but I was crying when you asked if I was prepared to forgive people who had hurt me, and I still don't know, but hopefully soon, I might be able t o. Thank you for this meditation.

I felt the need to cry, but couldn’t allow myself just yet, I definitely feel relaxed. But my rose quartz, I can feel the heat coming from the crystal. It’s crazy but I feel better
this really broke me down. i will be listening as much as possible throughout the week! i meditated with running water, a candle and of course my rose quartz. i just felt it’s healing energy and it’s love and it’s power so so intensely. i love love. giving it and receiving it. but i need to work on being able to be the source of love to myself as well feeling like i’m deserving of receiving love. wish me luck on this journey of love! 🧘🏻♀️💕
I’ve done this meditation a few times now, and everytime it has calmed & soothed me. Currently going through therapy for something traumatic & have had a strained relationship with my father for a few years, so rose quartz & your lovely meditation has helped lots - thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏼🤍

I've been through so much and I'm so strong from it, I've learned to set boundaries and I love that about myself, I am resilient. I felt my heart open and release love it was amazing.

During this meditation I had a medium size piece of tumbled rose quartz, it had some rough spots. I heard sometimes the rougher love is the bigger it grows.
Before the meditation I was feeling pretty neutral but when it came to the scenario with giving and receiving love I suddenly felt such a strong feeling of power and love for myself and my family in me. The feeling was so strong that I had to smile a lot. It was incredible! I just got my rose quartz yesterday but now I feel really connected to it. Thank you so much, that helped me a lot
So excited isn’t first crystal is a rose quartz I could only buy one for now so it was between a rose quartz and an amethyst and the rose quartz was calling for me... I’ve been needing help with love and my relationships and finding forgiveness and I just found out it was meant for that before I realized I really wanted it and I’m glad I got it!
i too feel a connection with rose quartz. for me specifically i think it’s because im a really love orinated person. romance is a really beautiful thing to me, i watch kdramas all the time and i’m a hopeless romantic. so, it makes sense that i like the crystal of love

U r wonderful...I had mild chest pain while I started video..but then it healed by the time the video ended .so I think I need to heal heart chakra since am a tarot reader and a healer myself... I have recently been betrayed and that has given me a lot of self doubt and has sabotaged my self love...so I think I will do ur this meditation repetitively... Hello the stone felted warm, but felted like it was stinging my palm a little bit...I felted tensed in my shoulder and neck, anxious as well, many thoughts as if I couldn't think of an answer fully....

At first is can be a little disorienting, but just keep up the practice. Keeping hematite or black tourmaline nearby can help with grounding afterward 🙏💖🙏
I meditated to this with my new rose quartz necklace and I was holding it in my non dominant hand and I closed my eyes and was breathing whilst thinking of my intentions for this crystal and everytime I thought my intentions for it I felt a wave of energy go over my upper body and now I feel a floating type sensation throughout my stomach chest and arms. What does this mean?

I would not - mica can dissolve in water and that is one of the main components of Lepidolite. Salt water is also corrosive to delicate stones. I would use Moonlight or another cleansing stone like Citrine, Selenite or Blue Kyanite. 🙏🙏
It was my first time meditating with crystals.I have to say i was a bit scared😂.At first i didn't really feel the connection but then i just started to cry and my heart area started to feel so warm it can't be explained. You can do more than one meditation a day, but it is a good practice to let yourself absorb what you received from the meditation first before you switch over to a different crystal 🙏💖🙏

I have a very bussy mined its realy hard for me to meditate i try hard and i got through some but my brain just can slow down i caught my self checking to see how much time is left on the video half way through even tho i was enjoying it....how do i settle enough to truely meditate?

During the meditation I felt the rose quartz in my hand was very light can I say I couldn’t feel it in my palm then later on during the meditation I felt as if I was compressing I felt I was shorter than my normal height when sitted. Is anything wrong?

Madam I have bipolar disorder and anxiety disorder. I come to know that lepidolite crystal is best for both. Madam should i but single crystal lepidolite bracelet or multiple crystal bracelet which have lepidolite crystal, black touroline. Rose quartz, amythest, lapis lazuli. My heart starting beating hard where I could feel it on the skin when switched to my hand I feel like the energy from my heart was transferred in my hand where I felt like a hard pulsing and when I opened my eyes and looked ahead almost like zoning out it was almost like it would get darker then light would overcome in and it would be light pale almost yellow pink until I zoned back in. Is that normal or a sign of anything ?
