You two are honestly keeping this community alive. With people (still great creators btw!) like Hades and Ash mostly make the same content each year you two come up with interesting comps, have amazing collabs, and are at this point my favorite Raid creators.
You guys are great, love your collabs. I've asked this on another video, can't remember who's; but can you not use multiple master butchers like the vogoths? I know you mentioned him pairing him with vogoths, but I have none of them (as I'm sure many others don't), could you guys possible try this on the test server or something for us unfortunate people? Would greatly appreciate it, I thought of this a while ago and want to try it, but don't want to waste the resources of it doesn't work (I know there's a 1 turn cooldown, so maybe they'd have to be drastically different speeds?) I pulled lady Annabelle so I'm gonna build her and fyre gun, pair them up so it doesn't take her so long to solo
Something that was missing from the commentary on Gnut - his A1 can freeze the bombs (which he's often responsible for causing admittedly) something I only realised when I put him in my team and watched as he kept smacking them with his A1 on auto. With Rector Drath(Lead),Vogoth, Oella & Demytha in my team it seems to work quite well and its the 1st time I've been able to do the lowest level of hard Bommel, not only that but its pretty consistent on auto, not the quickest but its what works for me :)
I am running Gnishak in the lead, with two Fyr-Guns, Arbiter, and Gnut, and it one shots Bommel. Arbiter leads with the increase attack and turn meter fills, Gnishak bombs, the first fyr-bell places the weaken, and then extra turns bombs, the second fyr-bell places bombs, and then Gnut A3's for max HP. Once Bommel goes, he simply blows up!
I’m glad you mentioned graazur at the end. I pulled him on the 2x just in time for bommal floor 40 and he is a beast. I put him, vogoth, geomancer, godseeker and staltus and it was great. I used gnut instead of staltus and it works even better except you can’t auto it cuz he freezes the bomb instead of making bommal drop more bombs.
Hi YST just stumbled on a great strat, I thought you might cover for community. Med tear. If you use Lady Annebelle, with Wukong and turn off health sway, lady Ann gets extra heals each time WUKong drops for a faster run. It's wicked Keep up the great content man.
You've missed Criodan. Ofc it's Plarium's fault, that they cannot stage a single boss fight without fubaring it. So people completely ignoring suggested strategies. Like no one uses sleep in SDN, no one uses slow in ITF and no one uses freeze on dread bombs on Bommal. However Criodan actually surprised me. Not only he freezes the bombs, he also brings tons of speed to entire team. Plus, hes deafault algorithm is so smart, that if Bommal drops fresh bomb and his AOE freeze is on CD, he uses A1 to freeze those bombs. TLDR - speed up + increasing team survivability so much that team can go with just one healer. No need for Pupu.;)
you forgot two epic champs that are Bommel killers: Lady Annabelle and Burangiri. both have a passive that heals them for 50% of their max health whenever an ally or enemy dies (the bombs are enemies). so as long as they have high enough health they cannot be killed by the bombs exploding, so they are basically unkillable. I made a video of my Lady Annabelle destroying a level 50 doom tower Bommel without breaking a sweat.
I hate bommal so much. I barely can beat the first stage on hard only as of the last rotation and have built multiple champions specifically to try against him and they have been failures. On my other account I pretty much have to just sit out of DT for a month although I just got a Geo so I should be able to complete normal this rotation.
Have you tried lady annabelle? She’s an epic from banner lords that can solo bommal, been struggling myself since I don’t own those top tier champs but I’m easily able to do hard lvl 295+ on bommal with just an epic
@MilkteaYurr what a difference a year makes. Now I only struggle with bommal in cursed city sometimes and deal with the dark fae RNG. My team is geomancer for hp burn, helicath for block damage, yumeko for reflect and refresh, fyr gun for bombs and scyl for revive. Not full auto I sometimes have to run it a couple times because of stuns and to target minions with yumekos a1 but other than that it is one time clear and I don't farm it.
I was REALLY hoping you guys would me tonight Lady Annabelle....she's soloing Bommal because she has a similar passive to Vogoth. Edit...you mentioned her
I mentioned all the solo champs (viable for stage 90) briefly , but we wanted to highlight more full team focused champions today ! Lady Annabelle is for sure amazing :)
Rector Drath and Tatura are also very good together. Tatura adds a veil to the team and triggers Drath's passive. If played correctly you can have healing and veil up the whole fight
Just beat Bommal Hard 90 with Lazarius in the lead, Lady Annabelle, Gnishak, Pythion, and Gnut. Lady Annabelle was the key to take Bommal down from about 50% health
I still haven't levelled up a single bomb champion yet! I really should, but I also missed Gnishak fusion anyway. I have cleared 90 on manual with a Geo/Vogoths team numerous rotations, but it's inconsistent so when I farm I chuck Lady Anabelle in with a Geo and Vogoth, just to give her a headstart before they die.
First off guys...thank you for saying "noot" instead of "nut". The CCs calling him "nut" are starting to aggravate me enough to leave their videos when they mention him. One thing to note about Gnut is you have to target the boss or he'll go after the bombs with his Blessed Bash. Keep up the great work, guys.
I've used Ursala as lead, Mythrala , Death K, Mother Cybele and Geomancer. I'm mid game and for the first time today I was able to beat him on hard level 10. Yaayyy I figured I need to stay alive, revive on death and all the shenanigans necessary to resist . Happy as a clam. x
I have now defeated bommel 90 hard for the first time. The tactic was max hp champs I used double coldheart, gnut, graazur and yumeko. It was super close but it worked in the end
I have not been lucky enough to pull a single Duchess, but I have three Astralith, all are built. My fastest Bommal team is Gnishak, Samar, Dazdurk & 2x Astralith. 86 turns. Want to build a faster Gnishak Ally Attack combo, but haven't got it working yet.
Sun works well with the Burangiri 'Solo' , Sun is knocked down each run, but gets back up and face tanks the direct attack so Burangiri takes less direct (non-bomb) damage, makes the 2nd and 3rd Bommel hard easier.
Sad part is I skipped all the good fusions for this. Skipped Gnishak as I had Samar and though he was just a poisoner, and didn’t realize the stats needed for Samar to solo. And with Oella I joined in on underrating her and skipped her.
I been getting use out of Oella as a end gamer she one of them champs that's really good but it's hard to explain lol she does help with survivability for sure, I used her in the hydra too and was surprised
Nub...if you're reading the comments, I crack up every time you mention the way Cardiel stands. Like he needs to take a poop. Check out Treeshield Knott's run in from a shard. He looks like he was headed to the bathroom and didn't make it in time.
I accidentally pulled Annabelle last week (Thank god too) when I hit pull 10 ancients instead of green shards. And I'm so freaking happy about it as well. I was using the "Conellia" strat before Raid completely destroyed it a few months ago. And honestly, nothing else worked. So I'm putting all my faith in her. I just wonder what would be the best blessing for her. I'm thinking Cruelty to help lower Bommals Def so I wouldn't have to wait 30 minutes to kill him.
@@maxvacchiano667 Before Raid changed Frenzy Gear. It was the lower the champs HP the faster their speed. So what people used to do was put Conellia in frenzy Gear and just have her put herself to sleep and atk, and repeat. Doing so, you could actually solo Bommal with her because by the time one of the bombs go off, she would put herself to sleep before the next bomb could and then would heal her back to full health. But with Frenzy now changed to the amount of debuffs. I Kills the strat completely
I skipped Oella for fusion because I wanted a break (I think Pytheon and Gnishak were before her). Latter I got her and Ultan in same 10 pops of ancients. :D P.S. My team is hybred: Duchess, Geo, Gnishak, Vogoth and Vogoth. Now I will put Gnut since he entered in almost all of my teams already.
bro... I just got to Doom Tower floor 10 and Bommel is absolutely FARMING me there, I open up youtube to get some tips, and there's only 1 single rare champion that's good against him Q_Q Q_Q Q_Q !?!? How the heck are newer players supposed to beat him, we only have a few epics on our accounts TOTAL, and the 1 free starting legendary
Kicking myself every time gnishak is mentioned.. I skipped him and I cannot do bommel.. even the lowest lvls of bommel is a struggle.. but all the other bosses are fine exept scarab team needs more work.. Doom Tower rotation 3 is the flippin worst.

The only two RSL content creators that can regularly pronounce champ names correctly .... I'm starting to think that that is a skill not many acquire . EDIT: Deadwood is also among these linguists too ;)
