That is a gorgeous RV. I love everything about it. The colors are so beautiful. They definitely make a statement, but subtly. Space is amazing, Murphy bed looks very comfy, and that bathroom - WOW!!!! On a scale of 1 - 10, I give it a 50 lol. Hope you're doing well. Safe travels!

Most Class C's I've been in have a very small driver's cab area/legroom for the passenger so I'd be interested in your showing this area of the T. Great video as always and love your positivity.

Oh “WOW”! That new View is really gorgeous! Very homey. My only real concern is the 4-cylinder engine. We so a lot of mountain driving and I am concerned the smaller engine will bog-down. Not worried about the flats, though. You guys are so lucky and blessed to be able to work with Winnebago…what fun in how you choose your next RV! You’ll have SO much fun! Love you guys, Virginia.

Flat hangers in the closet help save a ton of room (not that you have to worry about that). I'm actually not in love with the color of that couch... Murphy beds are such a great design into a smallish RV - we love having one in our Imagine 17MKE! Always important as to where the doggies sleep :)

Haven't sold our Navion yet! We're trying out several RVs this year, but not back to back. So we'll be in and out of our Navion throughout the year. Definitely a great start so far with the new T! 👍 - Howard

It is a good looking coach, but a few negatives with the layout. We've had a Class B (too small) and now have a 25' 2023 Sprinter based Class C. Depending on lifestyle I suppose a Murphy bed can work well, but for us we love a fixed bed layout. One person can go to bed early (or wake early), close the curtain to bedroom area, while the other can stay on the sofa to watch TV, read, computer, etc. The trade-off is a little smaller bathroom, but we think worth it. Doesn't look like Winnebago has a layout option for a fixed Queen bed which they should consider. The other feature not a big fan of is the floor material ... a one piece vinyl floor looks and wears better, and is easier to clean.

2023 24D Navion owner here. I'm jealous of the exterior colors scheme, rear garage , full width rear bath, couch color and Murphy bed panel. Whereas cathedral wood grain is, be nice, not to my liking, micro/convec over dual fuel stove is fantastic, L shaped counter top and folding table would take getting used to. Will T have dual-and window option? Travel safe.

Just watched your video. I’m sure this will be the winner at the end of the year. I love that coach and the color of the interior is beautiful. Just wanted to let you know my wife and I are joining the Winnebago family in the very near future. Our Vista 29NP that we ordered back in the fall just arrived at our dealership yesterday and within the next week or two we will be taking delivery on it. Now we hope that we will finally get the chance to meet you guys at possibly a Winnebago rally. One more little sidenote we are ironically from Cincinnati, Ohio and my wife’s sister lives in Richmond, Virginia. 😊

That is one of the downfalls of this coach. Please remember it is a very small class a gas motorhome on the small F 53 chassis and the GVWR is only 18,000 pounds. The capacity that you’re looking for, for ours with every option is only 1400 pounds. If you don’t have all the options, it will go up between 15 and 1600 pounds at the most but the one thing that is nice your GCWR will boost it up to a total of 23,000 pounds. We will be towing a very small two-door jeep Wrangler at just about 4000 pounds and we will pick up a little little bit of weight capacity that way.

I really love this layout. My prior fave was the D, because of the large kitchen counter…but was always concerned about outside storage. I love the Ekko-like garage in this one. Is there any info yet on cargo carrying capacity?

Love these videos. we have 3 labs and are trying to figure out a camper design that works with them and how to visualize camping/driving with them. We want to be in a smaller camper, like the B+ size for easy driving and parking when in new little towns and campgrounds. your videos are definitely helping us try to come up with a plan for buying our first camper! We aren't going to live in it full time but I suppose a lot of the Issues with dogs are similar to just traveling for a week or two at a time when it comes to livability. Do you find a problem finding campgrounds that allow 3 dogs? I know we do with hotels but wondered from your experience is that a problem with campgrounds?

How much lithium, solar, and inverter power? We had our 2017 NJ upgraded to 600 AH, Victron 3000 w inverter, 640w roof solar, and up tp 1,000w aux ground solar. We could never go back to anything less no matter the new MB, floor plan, or other upgrades. The Victron 3000 watt inverter provides flexibility to Mooch dock at friends and families driveway outlets by setting the maximum allowed current draw from their home. Well usually set it at 13 amps and the Victron makes up the difference using the batteries. Simply awesome.

Earl, as you probably know from our videos, we have essentially the same setup as you in our 2019 Navion (except we have 800w of solar on the roof to go with our 630AH of lithium batteries), same victron system. The new View/Navions have an option FROM FACTORY for 950AH of lithium, second alternator and 480w of MPPT solar on the roof, which is a big step up from previous models. We'll be sure to cover specifics of all the options in the upcoming tour video! 👍 - Howard

Who Dey 🐅 the 24T was a pleasant surprise. I’m not a fan of the furniture color but do appreciate the contrast it gives the interior. Very nice RV. It will be difficult for the other units to top this one.

Who Dey, Big Jim! Spring training is right around the corner for our Reds, pitchers and catchers reported this week! I hear you about the color, and it's not for everyone, but we personally love it. They also have another color palette that is similar to prior models (lighter, white and neutral shades). We're starting with a strong contender on the year, will be interesting to see as we try the other new models! 👍 - Howard

Great question, Ed! So far, almost identical fuel economy whether towing or not compared to our 2019 Navion. I was a little surprised, expecting that maybe with the smaller engine it would be working harder and have worse economy. We also haven't crossed that magical 10,000 miles on the Sprinter engine, which tends to improve fuel economy as you break in the engine. We get 15 mpg pretty much all the time, in wind, up hill, down hill, doesn’t seem to matter. Ours is a 2021 24D on the 6 cylinder chassis, I’m wondering if this T gets you 15 mpg? Also, great video! We love this T model and cannot wait to see the next models!

I love this new floor plan. You get a retractable dinette (how do you like it by the way ?), you get a very comfy couch and the murphy bed. My question is, the bed looks like it remains high at the bottom of it when you bring it down. Does it feel like your feet are elevated when you lie in it ? There are no latches to fix it to the floor and it looks like the feet are higher than the head. Not necessarily a bad thing but I think it might bother me a little. Congrats on this amazing project guys. I will follow closely all the way to the big reveal at the end of 2024 ! 😊

Great question! We'll clarify in the tour video, but the bed does lie flat (there's some bounce to the recliner backs that we've noticed keeps the bed from sitting flush on the ground if you aren't in the bed). It's very comfortable, and LOWER than the murphy bed in our 2019 Navion. 👍 - Howard

Winnebago Connect is coming along nicely. They have the ability to do over the air updates (no need to visit a dealer for updates), and every week we are getting new features/improvements as they work towards the public release of the T. It's very user friendly, and the displays make sense. The notifications help avoid the frequent checking some of us do for water level, tanks, etc. Thanks for watching! 👍 - Howard

Great video and love the new decor which hopefully Winnebago will carry over to the other models. Do have a couple questions for your follow-up video. 1) after the initial drive and living with it, how is the 4cyl holding up and compare to the V6, MPG difference? towing a TOAD difference? And 2) Coming from a D, how are you adjusting from 2 living areas of the D (my first choice) to the either/or sleep/living area of the T. My fear of the either/or floorplan, like the T, is if spouse wants to turn in early or sleep in, where am I? Coach seats seem on top of so outside with the mosquitoes?

Is there anything you DON’T love about it? What are the downsides? I guess there’s one less sleeping space than the D model. But that bathroom and the garage space are amazing. I also love that you can use the bed with the slide in. Very tempting.

We'll definitely cover the downsides as well! One less sleeping space is a factor for some (not really for us since we rarely host overnight), and if you delete the overcab bunk you're down to just the Murphy queen bed. - Howard

Great video! 1. Do you use the overhead cab space? If you could choose, would you prefer storage instead? 2. I assume this is the 2WD version given the overhead cab. Do you know anything about the 4WD option? Is necessary or overkill? 3. Does it come with leveling jacks? How about the 4wd option? 4. What are your thoughts on the battery system? Would you ever consider the full lithium option with generator delete? Do you ever get nervous that you could run out of battery, especially having pets inside? 5. Is the mattress as comfortable as Winnebago claims it to be? I've never found an RV mattress that didn't need some sort of topper. 6. Does it come with a curtain or windshield inserts to cover the front windows? 7. How easy is it to keep the floor clean? It looked like it had a few spots in other videos during the show. And I saw a similar floor in an Ekko that looked pretty dirty. Just a few questions - haha. Thank you!

We looked at the view this year. Our problem is the up front cab area. Im 6.1" 215# and just don't feel like they have enough room to drive comfortable. That was my number 1 issue with the van chassis models. Love the overall size of the RV. But when you spend alot of time driving. My body needs room. What are your thought on the front cab?

I’m curious how much power draw does the house air conditioning require, as well as how loud is it at max setting? Also it may be worth your while to consider replacing the overhead berth curtain, with a full length insulated thermal blanket that extends to the floor. This can block off the heat generated by the cabin much more effectively than window curtains. Or use both. Given your bed is the closest space to that zone it may be worthwhile. You should easily pick up a significant amount of of air con runtime. Congrats and happy trails!

Great questions and idea about the full length curtains! Even though this is a loaner, we've already installed an RV A/C Silencer kit (they are easy to remove later), which makes a world of difference on noise levels. 👍 - Howard

You went from Navion to Vista and then to a View. I am struggling trying to decide between Navion/View and a Vista. How is flat towing between the Navion (V6) and View (I4) and the Vista (V8 or V10)? Which did you enjoy traveling in more and why?

Kaltrina, it's interesting you would say that. We've been full-time for five years in our Winnebago Navion (which also has a murphy bed) and actually LIKE that the bed isn't fixed. It doesn't take up space during the majority of the day, and you just push a button to have your already made bed ready when needed. The supports on the View/Navion murphy beds is the euro-style slats like what you find at IKEA, and we think are pretty comfortable! 👍 - Howard

I do love that having a nonfixed bed gives you so much space inside, esp if you have animals. So, I do agree it for sure comes in handy with that :) I just feel like I would feel so lazy having to put that thing up and down everyday lol. I guess if it does have just a button to go up and down then that's not a bad idea. HMM, you changed my view on them now.@@NewstateNomads

The floor is that Matt carpet thing that if you notice other campers in 6 months it's permanently soiled in the walk areas where a simple vinyl floor can be easily shifted.. also I like the Murphy bed idea but they didn't think it out because you cannot watch TV when the bed is down notice the distance between the mattress and the lower part of the cabinets at least remove those so somebody could sit up with a pillow.. which I'm sure you guys have already found out, third can't stand those convection cooktops during Amazon and they break, and you really can't saute with those but at least they give you the option for a gas which I noticed you chose to cook on so obviously that tells you something.. and remember nobody's paying sticker price RVs are not selling every dealership here up north at the same products on the lot that they had during the last heatwave .. this is a very nice product and has some very nice style and it checks a lot of boxes. I am in the market.. and I wouldn't say no to this one but it needs a few things corrected especially if you're shelling out that kind of money that they expect to get paid

Phillip, this particular coach shows an OCCC of 927 lbs, but as you know that's based on the options. For example, switching to the low profile should increase capacity by about 125 lbs, deleting the generator would increase it more. It's in line with our 2019D Navion, and we've never had issues staying within capacity. 👍 - Howard

QUESTION How are the batteries hold up since you have an induction stove top and residential fridge? How much battery and solar do you have in that model? It also looks like less windows making it a little darker inside?

You get so much space when the kitchen table is tucked away. Do you have to do that for when the bed flips down? Also, when you’re sitting in the recliners, it looks like your backdrop is a mattress. Does it look like that in person?

Thanks! Understand the concern with OCCC, and in 5 years of traveling in our Navion with 1,100 lbs of carrying capacity, never been overweight. We limit our water when in transit, which helps tremendously. I also would assume we would do the options of delete the overcab bunk and delete the generator which would save a LOT of weight, too. 👍 - Howard

Great review but I just have some quick questions; what size is the Murphy bed? To my eye it looks like a queen size but shorter length? What is the OCCC capacity and did all your stuff and dogs etc fit within the limit? How was your MPG vs the old v6 sprinter? We would also be traveling with 2 dogs and am concerned about weight. And finally will you be doing a 24D comparison to the new T - no one better than an owner of the 24D Thanks

Hi Judy! We'll definitely show where to store the chairs. They strap against the wall. There's actually plenty of room for several people to comfortably sit in this RV. Both captains chairs spin around, up to 3 people can comfortably sit on the couch and then you have the two folding chairs. So that's 7 right there with an AMAZING amount of floor space! This would more comfortably sit a group than our 24D would! :) -Katelyn

Too little OCCC, especially with that big garage! Need to eliminate the over the cab bunk option, switch to diesel heat/hot water (dumping the propane tank), acrylic windows, cassette toilet, and a smaller generator. Even better would be a twin bed option, eliminating 250-300 pounds of slide. That big rear end, on a Sprinter chassis, will need a suspension upgrade.

I think we are looking at one with lithium batteries, diesel generator, hydraulic leveling and the reduced cap (without overhead bunk). Any advice on this front? Best guess is 45 days out. No dealer for 100 miles so will do the Mercedes service locally and will deal with the box warranty when we have to. Any guidance? Since this is likely a special order, probably will shop around for price. Any guidance?

Can the Murphy bed be put down with the slide in? Our 24G View has a bed in the back, plus a fold-out sofa, and a slide has to be put out to use either one of them. Would be nice to not have to deploy a slide to sleep when overnighting in route.

My husbands 1st question is weight ratings? So many small drivables we looked at are near weight capacity when you are full of fuel and water. What are tank sizes? Do your bed pillows store in the bed when closed? Towing capacity?

Also, yes the pillows store in the bed when up!👍 - Howard For others reading this comment, do remember that FUEL is EXCLUDED from Carrying Capacity numbers (meaning you can have a full tank of diesel and still carry the weight listed for OCCC). Water, people, food and anything you bring into the RV does count towards carrying capacity. We never travel with full freshwater, only carry enough for transit, washing hands, flushing toilet, etc. Once we get close to our campsite (if it doesn't have hookups) then we will fill the freshwater before setting up camp.

Michelle, glad you're along for the journey! Managing around 1000lbs of OCCC is doable if you control your water levels. We never travel with more than a 1/4 tank (for sinks, toilets in transit), and fill at our destination. That alone saves hundreds of pounds. Clothing, food, personal items are lightweight. 👍 - Howard
