We take a drive around the city of Seal Beach in Orange County, California. Not as famous or crowded as its neighboring beach communities to the south -- Huntington, Newport, and Laguna -- Seal Beach is relatively quiet and unassuming. And, with its small town vibe, it happily lacks some of the seedier qualities of its bustling neighbor to the north, Long Beach. Some think that Seal Beach is the most livable and friendly beach community in Southern California.
