@Anonymous Andy he never admitted to any "fuck up." Idk what video you watched. Seemed like cameraman didn't comprehend that to drive safely on the road, you should know what speed you're going and what's in front of your car. Both of which the cop did, cop even stated which lain the driver was in in reference to where he was. "I was going 60 and you were going away from me." "I was in the no.1 lane, you were in the no.2 lane." The cameraman said the cop wasn't behind him and then acknowledged he was. When cop said he was in the no.1 lane, driver says "right." Now the driver shifts the goal post as if the officer can't look down glancing at his speed, and then look up at the driver's car taking off. "Or you were looking down and looking at me at the same time." - If cameraman can't comprehend someone knows the speed they're traveling without having to stare at the speedometer the entire time, then he cannot gauge his own speed and shouldn't be on the road himself.

@Seer Not sure where this was recorded, but I'm from Ohio and a quick Google search tells me that a verbal warning is the only thing he'd be allowed to give. There's also a court case that showed up where a Mr. Sean Sowards was pulled over by Deputy James Elliot by unaided visual speed, and the court recognized that a visual estimation of someone's speed isn't even enough evidence to justify a traffic stop.
