Since you suggested a new ODM leadership, I don't think Babu is that leader. He's too irrational. Rather, I think Sifuna is the future of ODM if it must survive. Look beyond tribe friend. On that note, GenZ must begin to identify few cream of leadership that align with their desires and I think there are several millennials that can be in that mix.
