No country has the legal right to charge a citizen of another country that has never been in your country for a crime in its country that is not illegal in another country that the person is residing in. He was an Australian citizen he was not in the United States and yet the United States went after him for a crime that he committed against the United States laws even though he was not in the United States. That's like saying if you're a citizen of Ukraine and United States law says something and you break United States law even though you've never been in the United States and they want to arrest you and put you in jail you can't do that can only arrest somebody for breaking a law in the country when they're in the country or if they're a citizen of set country

He started complaining about everything he didn’t like about the US, like how health care isn’t free, and college isn’t free. I looked at him and said…” You have freedom of Speech, and a right to carry arms and defend yourself. You don’t have that in Great Britain! I’d rather have those than free college or healthcare.” He looked at me and told me that the British had the same rights! No…no you don’t! Not even close!
