Send FOI to your council, requesting: total summary warrants granted each year? Cost each year for SW? THAT PROVES THE LISTS, not individual applications. Also ask, how much, arrestment of wages, arrestment of bank accounts and how much sequestration (Scottish bankruptcy) each year....SINCE RECORDS BEGAN... it will shock you, I did it for Aberdeen, they have generated £75million fake debt, I’ve been fighting them for 10 years, any locals get in touch....these b&stards are done 💪

When I went to “Court” on 2nd August 2024 I was told I couldn’t record what was going on! I asked the man who was presiding over the events, how should I address you? The secretary/typist piped up, you can call him “Your Worship”😂 I didn’t roll my eyes at their foolishness as I knew it wasn’t a real Court🤫 Birmingham City Council - we’re coming for you👍🏾

Holding your position isn’t easy when they try to default you but a notice really helps challenging them with accent for not sending it back. I sent my notice to the CFO. No response for over a week.

What is needed is an Audit and public scrutiny on what councils actually spent the money on. I was at a planning meeting the room next door had a rable creaking with a buffet for the councillors on the panel. I was told the restaurant or cafe is just down the road for the public so when we came back and the peoceeding started i stood up and questioned the expense of the buffet. U should of seen their faces 😂 they had Been caught 😊 so much money is wasted with council tax.

I believe Corporations preceded Councils. I remember older members of my family referring to 'the Corporation' in the way we would refer to Councils (ie. rubbish collection, etc). It would be interesting to investigate what changed and why.

This is done by the Crown taking your name at birth and joining it in conjunction with your surname (hence surcharge) to form a title deed that allows access to the wealth held in the trust all of us. Should you sign as MR FRED BLOGGS you do so as the trustee of the trust and as a consequence have to pay a charge that goes back to the Crown for the privilege of taking wealth from the trust that belongs to the title holder and beneficial. @@CharlesWilliams-xw5be Hi, At the moment, there is nowhere to go. There are various sites that offer advice, some free, others not so. I have mainly picked up knowledge by following Richard and the guests he interviews, with regards to Council tax. I stopped paying my tax this year ( Scotland ) got a final notice in April, which I ignored, then received a Summary Warrant granted by the Court, delivered by sheriff officer, employed by the Council. I sent a Data Subject Access Request ( DSAR) recorded delivery, to the sheriff's main office, requesting the name of the court who issued the warrant and also the case file number. Letter sent 06/06/24 and 20 days to reply, still awaiting reply, I also presented the same request, personally, to my local court, for them to verify if I was on the system. They would not confirm this, though they are duty bound, but his behind the Data protection. I left the request with them and they had the 20 days to reply. They have passed my request to the Courts and Tribunal Service in Edinburgh and so far I have not heard back from them. Courts cannot grant warrant to corporations ( private company )as the council is, as they would then be Abetting them in their criminality. Companies cannot DEMAND money for their services, a mutual contract needs to be agreed and signed by both parties, just like, you would have a signed contract, if desired, for someone to cut your grass, same principle. There are various government acts that can be used against them also. The 1913 Forgery act. Presenting a forged document in court ( which the Council do) for the purpose of gaining a result. The 2018 Fraud act. Fraudulently, producing a Document for their own gain. Both acts, carry a Fine or Imprisonment or Both. Everything I have stated, is gained through my own research and listening to the people that are interviewed by Richard and in no way and putting together a reason for the withholding payment to a Criminal Organization. All taxes collected, go into the Consolidated Funds of HMRC and a percentage of your council tax goes back to your local council, the reason why they are always pleading poverty and also an excuse to raise the tax even higher.
