The problem with Harris is that our two parties are very large. Successful candidates for presidential nomination need to position themselves within the party to become the leader of their respective party. Harris is not positioned correctly. She COULD, but she is very short on time.

As far as I know, as long as the person running for President was born here, then it isn't unconstitutional. I don't ever remember hearing that your parents had to be born here.
