@@brunofernandez2906I think that works both ways. Has it been though through that José has amazing year 1 and 2’s for nearly all his teams and by the third he is ‘sacked’. On his part I think he becomes a bit bored, any team becomes stale and refreshed and then the owners haven’t got the same impetus to give him the resources. It works both ways and saw it twice a Chelsea and both were successful and both times Roman ‘sacked’ him, left in great relationship and both were delighted with the success and leaving with good coach’s. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I love Jose Mourinho so much as a coach that II followed him from Chelsea ,to Inter Milan ,and to Real Madrid. I always wanted to know what Mourinho said. He is the greated Coach of all time. The most unprofessional coach in existence. Poking rival team staff in the eye, chasing referee's to car parks after game to call him a cheat, gets sent off record amount of times, insults his players in public, falls out with players and club owners and gets sacked almost everywhere he goes.

Apparently we had to pay a 5m bonus if he won a trophy, i think we were 6th in the league and the board were thinking about a change so - sack him, keep the money and make the change anyway. Fans mock tottenham for not winning. I simply say - were built to make money (and we do!! Boy we do) were not risking money to win trophies sadly. We didnt spend the Kane money did we? Nor will we.....ok Johnson cost 47m but we will get re-sale money and his wages were half of Kane's......sadly we also got half a player.....COYS always......with one hand firmly tied behind our backs.

Radcliffe already said they choose the style of play, which means ‘balls out’ attacking - so the new coach will have to be in that mindset I.e. not Mourhino staying in a hotel
