Hillsborough County should never have put ANYONE in a holding cell with the guy that pissed himself just because he didn’t want to wait. Especially since they hadn’t made him shower down and change clothes. That’s not only a fight waiting to happen, it’s unsanitary as hell and a biological danger for the other inmate. But then it does t surprise me in Tampa.

I was working nights at my county's jail as a corporal and a state trooper brought a Female in on a DUI, so I had to call a female officer in to do a change out, female officer showed up and escorted the Female to the change out room and closed the door, a few minutes later and the door flew open and our female officer stepped out and hurriedly closed the door and then she looked right at me and through gritted teeth she said "IT'S GOTTA D$$K!" 😂

I was in jail once and they let me use the bathroom. I had something on me. In my drunken state I figured if they hadn’t found it by then they weren’t going to. Then I didn’t know if I was going to get bailed. But I did. If not I would have definitely been busted. That’s why they search them before using the bathroom.

Peter, and Mikey, are Two alcoholic Friends, who are Happy Drunks, but at Least, They aren’t Mean, and Belligerent, which, are the Worst Type of Alcoholics. If They are Respectful, which I know doesn’t happen All the Time. But if They are at least Happy a large majority of the time, that definitely Helps, if They’re going too Drink. No one should drive under the influence, but also I can say after seeing what happens to people who don’t wear seatbelts that part is on her. My kids lost a very close friend when he was only 15 because he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt. The kid was like one of my own, and my kid’s friend’s mom felt the same way. It took many years for all of us to come to terms with the idea that lost his life so unnecessarily.

As Soon as They put that white Male in the cell with anyone, I knew He was going too start a fight🤷🏼‍♀️ The Black male was lying down being chill, until the white Male Looked for trouble and approached Him. When the prison guard was watching the video back, @ 5:59 I knew He would See the White Male provoking the Black Male to a fight, which is exactly what it showed😤 Then the Black Male stood up and defended Himself against the White Male‼️ I don’t think the Black Male should be charged at All.

All things in consideration, keeping people from going to use the restroom is a terrible abuse to peoples dignity and natural function of the human body. there has to be a better consideration for these folks. One could make the arguments for cruel and unusual punishment as clearly a forbidden act important enough to be mentioned in the US constitution, even during the act of detaining suspects. Other than that these officers really have the soul of heroes.

People would just take advantage, just to waste the jail's time, intentionally asking to use the bathroom every 2 min. The jail would have to hire a bathroom attendant .. if he wasn't completely wasted drunk, he could have held it a few extra minutes.. you can't cater to criminals or you end up with places like San Francisco, where crime goes unpunished and law abiding citizens have to suffer because of it

The guy with the reversible coat subtly admitted to stealing it by saying they could keep it because a girl dropped it and he was just holding on to it. They could not have missed it they just pretended not to register it in their brain. I hope they do take it from him later off camera since he is offering and put it in lost and found in their department. Someone may very well report it stolen that is a very expensive item. They could run something in the paper saying Ladies expensive coat turned in from subway (or wherever they were) then say call to describe to claim.

Cops can easily make striking motions to get compliance… it’s like the cop striking the legs with a baton… he wasn’t punching in the face.. I guess they could have tazed him or got another 20 guys to jump him but in that moment the deputy chose the right amount of force and once the guy complied the cop did his thing… then the female did out the taser in his back.. I know if it was me personally I’d rather get punched in the armpit than ride the lightning 😂😂

They are trained to punch in places that are painful but cause minimal damage. But only long enough to get compliance. When that idiot jumped on the judge a few weeks ago, you can see the guards doing the same to him. It took him longer to comply though. His adrenaline was through the roof.

I feel like people are much more likely to fall and hurt themselves when they are shackled and cuffed and left alone in a cell than if the restraints are removed and they can just lay down and go to sleep. If they stand up on the seat with shackles they have no chance if they start to fall so the talk about their safety while they are left that way is very unconvincing.

The fact that it takes multiple DOs to take control of one handcuffed person is absolutely hilarious. ONE detention officer should be able to take down a drunk and handcuffed guy. They really do hire anyone and everyone then throw them into action with minimal training. All that money they get for funding and dont spend any of it on training 😂😂😂😂😂😂
