Hi Mahyar, I am a retired police officer. In 2005 when I finished I saw the writing on the wall, which I mentioned in my retirement speech to 250 other serving officers. I said I saw the bridges burning behind me and I feared that each bridge, was to remove a competent officer with those who were not suitable to replace them. This was due to what we now know as wokeness, just to give one of the new breed a job at the expense of experience. The police called it, tenure of post or interchangeability. It got to a point when I was an experienced firearms instructor I was instructed to pass a black woman who was unsuitable to carry a firearm in my and my colleagues opinion. The chief Inspector ordered us to pass her as it has come from ACPO level because it was a numbers thing! I outrightly refused and took a lot of flack over it. I told him to sign my pocket book to order me to pass her. When asked why, I said it was to absolve me of corporate manslaughter should she shoot an innocent person. The shit hit the fan, but I held my position and eventually ACPO failed her. I did say give me 20 lesbian black women who are as good as 20 white males and I would work with them. In fact as this was going on I passed a female who transgendered to male who was good enough to do the job. I had no agenda! All in all it just got worse with blacks being given training courses just to pass the entrance exam at the exclusion of white candidates. My colleagues who remained in the job told me it got to a point that you did not speak to or associate with the new officers as their priority was to shop you for anything that was said in a police station before they even got on the street. Serving the public correctly has become secondary and to be fair I personally and my colleagues who served have no time for the police whatsoever. This has been brought on by poor management and two tier recruitment and on the streets. The police service has let me down, with all the work to help and support I gave the true folk of the country, I am now embarrassed to tell people I served the Queen and the public for 30years as a police officer!😞 I am not going to mention my views of the current government for fear of being arrested by my ‘past colleagues’ in this current climate.
It's a sad state of affairs, and very evident by the multi-tiered levels of policing we now witness on our streets, that is the places where you can still find police officers, of course. In my area, they are very far and few between, which I'm starting to think might not be such a bad thing after all - you say one slightly offensive word these days and you get arrested. It's called tyranny.
Serving the public is enough. Not the queen. The monarch is part of the problem. one human being cannot be king/queen over another human being. That is mental programming. Once that concept is accepted one has already lost the battle. Take Care ❤❤❤

It is already happening. I love primarily outside the UK now. I heard an elected politician where I live (it is in Europe) tell an MP on a cross party trade visit that perhaps he should not lecture anyone else about corruption or transparency from a country which has failed to keep children safe from abuse. Actually, it doesn't translate well but his terminology was more damning than that.

As a former proud military man, as a former proud police officer, a former proud Britain, thank you for what you do. For those of us that were brought up to respect others, treat others as you would want them to treat you, to work hard and pay your way, thank you. I am cancelling the BBC TV licence. I will not watch, read, and listen to the state funded MSM, it is just noise! I would rather subscribe to the Tousi TV channel which is truthful, balanced and up to date.
@@mjh5437 depends how long is left to run. They already have the address as it is license linked. If it has a couple of months or more to run, they must refund the balance if you pay for the whole year in advance as many people do. Then each year they send a link and you can just click dont need a license. You dont have to do that but it saves a bit of bother.
13 years since i cancelled mine, i had a man come to the door a few weeks after, i simply told him what i thought of the bbc and shut the door, they send me a form asking if i still don't require their licence, i just simply ignore it.

I am a NZ'er. I live in NZ and watch this channel daily. I also walk past a photo of my father every day in my house here - he lived in the UK 1942-45 in the Air Force- he flew in WW2 (and survived). He has passed away now. But I shudder to think what he would think about the events in the UK. Of course I honor my fathers effort there and of course I appreciate this channel for talking sense
