Are Waves just reprints or do they contain new cards not seen in previous waves of the same tier?

Yeah I do get them from Ali. I get mine from Big Player Model Toys Store. He’s probably the best at packaging in my opinion.

@@legersteeve4691 I don’t think so. But I do know that some sellers are more expensive for some products than others. Also some sellers you have to pay for shipping and some don’t. I use that seller as I don’t pay for shipping.
