Hey if it’s fake then the plastic covering won’t be good. Only thing with Tier 4 boxes is that they only have a sealed sticker. Plus Kayou is an official licensed company in China. So buying of Ali Express is good.

I get them Ali Express. It’s way cheaper than eBay or Amazon. Those places mark the price up around an extra $20-$30.

I got them from a seller online. Just happened to be selling them at 20% off. They came well packaged too. Sleeved and about 5 rolls of bubble wrap too.

Personally yes if you want the cards that come with it. I don’t think the other binders they made are worth it. Unless you collecting PROMO cards.
