I think an almost 300k house would have better upgrades, but I don't know the market there. Affordability is such a subjective term. Love watching your videos.
Reminds me of my “first-time buyer” home: new construction, 3 beds, 2.5 baths, master suite w/separate shower/tub, former living, former dining, 1750 sq ft. Amazing what I got in 1999 for $96K. 🥹😏
Hella basic bad build, bad use of space…I’ve seen similar builds with the other side of the steps was another room that connected to the kitchen 4 100k less
@@FrederickMitchellJR Yea, but we are in different cities as well…I ended up getting an all brick 1,700 square foot home in a great neighborhood that would put that property to absolute shame, and the one that I passed on that looked like the 1 in ur vid also was under 150k. That 1 was a new build and ran circles around the 1 in conyerds. It was in Hazelwood Mo.
