Am I cheap? 800k seems high as hell…I mean it’s a nice townhome but almost a million? Is this a ideal location or something? I’m from Ohio I think homes might be cheaper here..
Sheesh. Atl sure has changed. Never thought I’d see the day a townhouse on Moreland would run almost $850k and HOA $275 MONTHLY. It’s very nice though.

I absolutely love the balcony off the master!! Love the finishes. Like others have said I really can’t believe it’s 3500 feet! The flow is just off I guess. Truly is the balcony’s part of 3500 no right ?
Gentrification has arrived on this street.. 😲You open the door facing the kitchen that doesn't have sufficient counter space for this size house...Where's the foyer and pantry...Excessive amount of doors...I'm familiar with this neighborhood...
It’s a nice but where’s the main living room/great-room because if that’s the living room up front by kitchen that’s too small, This house give me apartment vibes on the inside it doesn’t look like 3500 sq ft but the finishes are nice the outside shows better than the inside for me
Absolutely nothing luxury about Townhomes. It’s an over priced apartment. The walls are connected to the neighbors and there is no front or backyard privacy or space. Never understood why people invest in these
