Exactly my thoughts. That would be a great setup. Our back line is brilliant now with options everywhere. Midfield is getting there, maybe 1 more CDM, got options on the wing just need a great striker and we’ve got a fantastic rounded team, wood should be backup really as great as he’s been.

Not the same player since his injury last season hence why we’ve let him leave, when fit he’s absolutely fantastic & was the main reason we’re back to being a European club again. All the best to him.
Williams will still get game time, we can use 5 subs every match, he can come on at left back or right back or wing back. It's a long season, they'll all get games.

Great video , i share similar thoughts with you on the whole striker saga.I get the whole criticism for Nketiah,but i think Marinakis is in a difficult position,nfc staff didnt find a striker whole summer and Gimenez just dont want to come to NFC.What Marinakis should do? Dont buy anyone? He will get criticized. I think the real reason they havent paid the amount asked from Arsenal yet is to win time maybe find a striker on last days of transfer window and if they cant find they will gamble by buying Nkietah and try to act like he was always the main target
Squad strength improved year on year. I still see lack of back up for Sangare and Murillo as risks. But priority #1 has to be a striker who adds to what we have (is mobile, will compete with Taiwo and Wood, and start when we face a less mobile defence). Gimenez, Moukoko and Nketiah all have the mobility, but do they have the desire? Surely our scouts in South America and Europe can find an option to wear the 2* with pride for £80k a week, even if they see it as a stepping stone. Not sure who is advising Gimenez and Moukoko if they see Forest as a backwards step ffs.
Is it because he isn't getting game time at villa and been told he can find another club we don't need him but as we have found out in the past we like to waste good money on other teams off casts😢 Villa will be happy a striker should be our TOP priority 🤔

What has Elanga done wrong? He's a threat to our opponents. Sosa as competition is great though. Hopefully it will keep Elanga and CHO on their toes and 2 of the 3 will be firing when they start.
I do wonder if Moreno is a reaction to the Toffolo error, and cover for possible injuries. Maybe even to shore up the left side after the Danilo misfortune. I Like the idea of Ribeiro coming back as he's a talented young forward option with guile and pace who'll trouble a back line (I prefer him to the Arsenal no choicer), and Danjuma could do a job, but don't want to get too overloaded on the wings without good reason. You and Chappy were hilarious. Certainly more fun than a ranting Ant (god love his passion for the club). We should beat Southampton (I watched a game or two last season and they profiled a bit like Sheff Utd the year they came up, too open at the back), and I actually think Leicester will surprise everyone if they repeat that second half performance with relative consistency. Though they do need cover for Vardy. I expect them to beat Fulham. As for us we look better squad wise. Hopefully Danilo will recover fully, to be his former self on the field, but not play before he's fully ready. I look forward to that smile, and the huge cheer on his return. The new players should keep the established players honest, and give substitution options everywhere. Though some of Saturdays later subs weren't quite what I expected. Glad we saw an improved Sangare though. The beast is up and running. Injury aside there was a lot to like about the performance at the weekend, so long may it continue. Sums up where Forest are unfortunately. Need to sign this type of player (not nketiah) to get to next level. But that level of player sees us as a risk still.
I thought we were going for younger players? I'm not impressed with Moreno. Nketieh for those wages definitely no, if we find a worldy 20 goal a season striker fair enough but he's not. I thought the 'project' you mentioned was aimed at younger players?
Moreno is just a season loan. Forest have their man in Bradley Locko but now he's out for most the season they'll come back at end of season and do the deal then 👍
If jota plays 1 minute for forest then he can’t play for anyone else, with him being on the bench on Saturday, says to me that he’ll be staying, otherwise, why have him on the bench?
Moreno gives us the flexibility to play a back 5 against the big 6. Aina-Niko-Boly-Murillo-Moreno. Danjuma (Dennis 2.0) and Batshuayi are linked every damn transfer window. Both useless!
the disrespect neco get is ridiculous he was our best player under nuno last season and the uefa cup champions wanted him as starting right back and people want him replaced in the team by villa's 3rd choice left back.
he is still young and improving did he not get 3 potm awards before his season ending injury last season he was the best player in the first half sat and you now want to drop him because of a dodgy 45 mins.

Moreno, don’t impress me much! Feels like we are getting a reluctant player. Nkethia wage demands for a bench warming Arsenal player are ridiculous. Shows just how keen he is for the move, shades of Arter with money being more important than playing! Aina on the right might help keep Elanga on the wing. Elanga frustrated me no end on Saturday as he spent most of his time drifting in even found himself on the left a couple of times. No wonder Williams was gassed earlier than anyone else as he was box to box all match. We need to get Gimenez across line sharpish. There are mixed reports on this one, not sure which is true. Moukoko; our interest looks like it dried up pretty quick. We don’t need another winger, FFS. Richard’s out on loan, at least we get a fee. Agree out talent and style suit overlaps and underlaps and lots of width and pace… then when you cut it across to Morgan he has space to drive and link the end of the move.

Good player but why would he leave CL football🫤 definitely an upgrade on what we have if they swap him for Williams n but the CL thing bothers me, hopefully its a psr issue and not a sicknote issue.
