That's from her coach who tells her to pass the ball to her teammates. Then when coach gets called on it by the media, she tells them Caitlin has a green light to shoot. But there's video of her yelling at Clark from the sidelines to pass the ball.
Her playmaking it's more important than her three-point shooting. There are plenty of other players who have as high a 3-point percentage; what she is famous for is her range that extends the defense and gives her the ability to create advantages and even shorter threes for others.
