He has been spoiled because he does have talent, but he has no work ethic. He is late all the time or he he just don’t show up. Coach Prime told him that he was going to have to compete for his position and that was a problem for him. Coach Prime holds him and all his players accountable. That is something he has never had.
@@jazzy5389 I can agree he has an accountability problem! But it’s deeper than that! Cormani will not accept that HE has issues! He will never grow, if he does not!
@@Cutthroat__what are you saying? He didn’t make It hell for him… this is all on Cormani, prime didn’t do anything spiteful to him… that’s not how he rolls
@@Cutthroat__ Coach Prime didn’t make it Hell for him.. it’s just that those other Power 5 schools watched and listen to the media and social media how Cormani wasn’t listening, be late and not going to practices & classes!!
If you burn bridges with other schools, that’s a red flag. When your coaches for your current team are wishing you the best of luck and you go and disrespect them on your social media page that’s a red flag. The biggest red flag was the fact that the entire world and country knew that you did not watch tape practice well or readoffensive strategies, which is the reason why majority of major programs don’t want him. It has nothing to do with blackball it has all to do with work and nobody wants that headache.
@@jamarjenkins1317I remember him telling Travis that as he was going to the restroom. Clearly showed how inconsiderate Cormani was to the entire program. Dude was a Jane pretending to be Tarzan. All that sh#t adds up now. Smh
@@itscoldinwinter1 Well. I agree that calling the kid out on social media is not a good approach. However did you hear what his high school coach said recently? The High school coach spoke with Auburn and told him that the kid is lazy and that he shouldn’t consider him to be on the team
Great Comment Am using this part of your comment in my Next RU-vid video title @Bravefit I’ve already said that in a year he’ll be working 3rd shift in a Home Depot Thanks
It’s not what Prime says about him. It’s what his former teammates say. Those same teammates talk to their friends from other teams. Those coaches may not like Prime but they know a cancer when they see one. Cormani is about to discover that everyone is replaceable.
At the end of the day it doesn't matter where he goes if his attitude and actions don't change what difference does it make. His high school coach said the same thing about him that Colorado found out later.
Had interview with a Colorado sports caster and did not show . Coach Prime was interviewed before him. He asked did anyone know where he was they said he said he had a test.
CP didn't have to talk about anything with the player. The young man doesn't make videos or do interviews. But everyone has all this to say without full input.
You know another idiot said the same thing. You must have been raised by a single teenage mom as well. Most of you guys say stupid shit often. You people!!!!!
His H.S coaches knew he was struggling and didn't do a dam thing about it they use this kid for clout and keeping there jobs. Cormani and his team and his mom made there decision he just have to deal with it i hope he gets a strong figure in his life that have his best interest in hand
Regardless, as to whether you think Deion Sanders is a great football coach or not, I don’t know why he thought disrespecting Deion is a good idea? I don’t even think Deion‘s haters think that’s a good idea, especially when it comes to trying to go to another school. You need his help!!!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
What players fail to realize is when they go in the portal, these coaches are keeping it real about these athletes character to other coaches and what you do on and off the field matter 🤷🏾♂️
You couldn’t have expressed the issue any better….. Cormani simply needs to grow up; he’s no longer in High School…. Being late to meetings and for practices, skipping position film study, cutting class, all need to change or he’ll end up on the street as a “has-been”.
I remember in 1 of the well off videos coach prime playfully hem up Travis in the hallway and trav said i gotta go to the bathroom and cp said aight...just dont be in there hiding like cromani smh when talent dont work hard
@@81gators they dont realize it ain't hs! It aint gonna be show up n im the greatest on the field no more! There's 35 of them types on every team buddyyyyy u gotta perfect your craft
It's really not his fault, this is what happens to a lot of young people when those around them start telling them that their better than everyone else at an early age. Parents please keep your kids humble no matter how good they are.
JUCO will serve him like a witness protection program, however, his pride and ego may not allow him to even consider it. Social media will forever keep tap on him. He may simply end up being a Belief (Woulda-Coulda). Smh.. #JohnnyManziel, Chris Henry, Josh Gordon, etc..
These people just started watching college football, most freshmen redshirt or fight for a spot on special teams. At Georgia/Bama, their elite non-offensive linemen freshmen are expected to play special teams and make a real push for 2nd string. Cormani should have redshirted, gained 20-30 pounds like many cornerbacks, but these people think college freshmen are the same as NFL rookies.
Mom said this and said that….her son messed up bad, mno class, looks like he might be lucky to go to HBCU…hiding like……ok, talking down on the Greatest CB….no class gets you to be a marked man…..
Some school is going to sign him. I don't respect that all these negative stories come out about him when he enters the portal. That seems deliberate. At the end of the day he is a kid who probably handled the situation poorly
He needs to go to a place he can play now. Schools like USF, UCF and Memphis are perfect. Go to one of those programs and get his 💩 together and transfer again after 2 years to a big program
This kid must be super toxic….. It’s wild how in a year he has nobody that wants to have him in their program. He is talented for sure, but talent isn’t everything.
At the end of the day.. yea the kid messed up.. That's what Prime sold these kids parents though.. he was there to help mold them through the process. Unfortunately things didn't work out for this one, but it' not the first 5 star he has failed to get things straight with.. Lookup his relationship with Noel Devine.. I respect him for trying to help these young men make something of their talents though.
Stop criticizing this young man and let him find his way….CU was certainly not the best program and with a 4-8 record last year, should definitely not define anyone’s future…..CU draft picks for 2024 were also at the bottom of the totem pole…so stop trashing this young man for the sake of trying to defend your losing records for past several years, CU…..
CU isn't defining his future. Every bad choice he's made since stepping on campus is defining his future. Look at his college choices from last year to what he has to choose from now. That speaks to his character far more than attending a school with a bad record or lack of draft picks. Don't make up excuses for his lack of accountability
He has to be accountable for his actions. He will be an adult one day. CU can help him, if he wants to help himself. He may have to find his way outside of football.
Lets be clear!! *FILM IS YOUR RÉSUMÉ* Your BIGGEST Advocate is film and your Head Coach. He burnt the bridge with a well respected HC. And the film...? Prime tried to protect Cormani's résumé (FILM). But overzealous CU FANS and MEDIA pressured Prime, week after week, to play Cormani when he clearly was not ready. Under the pressure, Prime played him and it was not good AT ALL. Now Cormani has this bad résumé (FILM), compounded with work ethic, and character issues. No one wants to take a risk on a headache, when you can select & develop your own headache out of High School. Best of Luck to Cormani. He'll still have a shot, it just will NEVER be the same opportunity presented to him by CU. P.S: Being the #1 CB recruit comes with HIGH EXPECTATIONS. As soon as you step on a college field all that #1 recruit talk disappears. High School is now irrelevant and 2 year old HS film isn't going to work, now. This is a "What have you done lately" association. Unfortunately, players enter the portal seeking something easier. However, as long you're still 2023's #1 CB recruit, the HIGH EXPECTATION will never change! The grass is RARELY greener on the other sides switching programs with little to bad film. I say this b/c coaches are willing to look pass the character issues, as majority of coaches think they have the magic formula to change a players attitude and focus. Prime could've saved this kid by NOT putting him on the field and allowing him get exposed, just to shut the media/fans up. Had that not happen, those 20 something D-1 schools would've thought Cormani is just developing considering they have a Top10 draft pick at CB already. But under the pressure, Prime played him. Which led to Cormani defending his play with excuses and ultimately throwing Prime under the bus. In return, Prime exposed all his habits. Now we know Cormani's work ethics, and we have the résumé (FILM) to confirm it. That's why he's at home.
Chill he just needs a mentor and everybody can’t be a star in Colorado. He makes mistakes like everyone else and this is why he needs to get off social media and get himself together. He will be fine just needs the right program.
Product of single mother, no father figure. Corner position who else could’ve taught him how to play that position other that best who’s ever played it..?
@747maran, "Product of single mother, no father figure"; THIS isn't always the case. My daughter is a single Mom to 2 sons, both sons graduated from high school & university with honors; enrolled, and are on their way to their Master's Degree in their respective fields. No drugs, police record, baby mamas, no run-ins with the law; straight-up great young men. If a child is trained in how he/she should go, they won't depart from what they've learned. Are they sinlessly perfect, NO! So don't paint all single Moms with a broad brush downgrading them, their marital status, and their children. MANY ROTTEN KIDS/YOUNG PEOPLE COME FROM HOMES WITH A DAD & MOM!
@@wdgafs56people are quick to say that jive about black people, I know Doctors and Lawyers kids who act worse than black kids from the Projects. Its a typical stereotype to think that the only way black people can thrive is with a father
@@killercam30 Have you conducted a scientific poll of every single black child from a single-parent household, in particular a single-mom household, to arrive at your "5% out of 100" conclusion?
Damn you sound silly, Cormani High school coach told prime Cormani was struggling with behavior. Prime was Cormani best chance. No one else will deal with that shit. Just go watch Cormani last game look how he did his coach that's tells you everything you need to know .
What does smarts have to do with this issue. So, every other coach is dumb by your measure? CP is solid in his career and legacy. He tried to give aid and direction to Cormani. Cormani is responsible for his actions or lack of. Don't be mad at CP because you dislike for no other reason is that you envy his success as an athlete, father, coach, and influential figure. If you haven't found your niche in this world, then that's your choice. Don't be angry because others are more successful. Rid yourself of all that negative energy and redirect it into something positive that serves you better. This ain't it partner.
That's good for him, he bought it all on himself. Lil boy it's time to grow up that's if U wanna make something of yourself. If not the streets and jail will be waiting for U. SMH
