I think they had an incident where one of the players was disrespectful to one of the Professors and CP was sent a letter about it. I would put money on it that it was Cormani. That was the last straw and I think CP told him the portal might be his best bet. Just my thoughts!
People keep saying that he could immediately play at his next school, no he can't. He has a lot of work he needs to do, and if he's not willing to watch film on himself and his opponents, he's going to get burnt everytime.
Someone will give him a chance but boy does cormani have to prove the nation wrong and this could be a huge blessing for him to elevate his play and drive in football but he has to have self accountability. Dont want anyone to not succeed so i pray for the young man
This young man was given a chance and he blew it so thats on him. But I will say everyone deserves a second chance and if or when he gets his I hope he really handles his business.
Character issues, that's a pretty bad stamp, my G. If he does get another shot, a tiger can't change his stripes. He's liable to F'k it up again. This seems to be a long standing pattern with him. We've all seen this type of wasted talent before, though, haven't we!
this true but he literally had the best support system around him. He just chose not to do his part. I do hope he smartens up because, he has the talent. Many people wanted to see him win (some still do).
His career is not over! The talent is there, but like Coach Prime said He got to have to want it. Good for him he still 3yrs of eligibility left, the rest is up to him.
I think most folks are truly disappointed in Cormani and it kinda hurts to see him out in the wilderness like this! God is still in charge of his life and is known for breaking some rules to bless us! We're watching!!

Nah his career isn't over yet but he will have to work hard, maybe even have to go the juco route but his career is not over. This is just a learning lesson and they are giving him a time to see if he will grow or not. Prolly go to Juco for a season and ball out and if he can handle himself and show maturity then he will be fine he can get a scholarship and red shirt and then he'll have 2 years to make his NFL case
@@TheJontue yes but there is still time left and he might still sign to a big program. Cormani is talented but he is in his own way right now and these big time coaches are treating this game more like the NFL because of NIL money so I hope he makes the best of it.
Sadly he will now be made an example of for future kids..his football demise will be another kids motivational factor on what not to do or be..the term don’t get “McClained” will resonate throughout college football for years to come
Jr college is his best bet to get his status built back up a lot of great players went that route came out of it with a lot of college offers.the lower division prepares you for the higher division.

Ms. McClain has stayed silent a lot. Letting him blow off Miami and now letting him take shots at Deion on the way out. I really don't think she agrees with what he is doing, but i have never seen her, as an outsider, steer him to accountability in these areas. I think she liked what Prime was doing, but she had no impact on him burning all these bridges.

When he hides in bathrooms and don't show up for practice, he is not good. The transfer portal has closed. Coaches can now focus on players who want to be there.
unfortunate. but sometimes this is what players need who haven't matured to understand the opportunities they are given. Due to his talent he's never been turned down. Could be a situation like cam Go Juco mature gain some humbleness and come back better and wiser.

College football has changed so much! I’m not sure how much they are willing to put up with plus give you a free ride with no positive return on their investment!! He may need rehab from the weed and some therapy for some of those character defects!

Deion did everything but serve as this kid's personal alarm clock. And he still couldn't get it together, so was obviously put off the team. Then entered the portal where no one wants him. Because Deion has to recommend him. And is not going to pass him off without an honest discussion. There are many more good players everywhere than scholarships. Cormani's option currently is to select a juco for now, and try to work his way back to a D1.
