The staircase is cute.However, The brick finish MKS the house look like it was built in early nineties.A nice starter home or investment property.

Nice home as I definitely like the brick. The manicured bushes in the front yard adds an inviting touch. Would add pool and privacy fences and covered deck.Enough space in backyard too make into a oasis such as the home in Brookhaven with a waterfall and bridge. Mr. Mitchell do you show homes in Brookhaven or Marietta, or the surrounding area ?

I like the house I don’t think it needs that much work besides paint and some new fixtures. The basement would definitely be dope for entertaining.

Backsplash in the kitchen needs to be solid. There's too much competition between the backsplash and countertop. The window shades are not a little old. They are a lot old. I'm not a fan of the wood on the staircase, not matching the flooring downstairs. The basement has lots of potential once updated.

I see you have your hair up in this video. Lol 😂- Overall, nice house. I also like the layout of the house, it seems to have some good bones as well. However, the fireplace is ugly, deck needs replacing, a lot of TLC, repairs, updates, and painting. I would also need a back fence for me to buy.
