Mera UK visa refuse huya hai ....because jb Maine funds bank me rkhe the os time pound ka rate 102 tha and jb immigration me file submission ho gyii to pound ka rate 108 ho gya is bjh se mere 300pound km reh gya and lack of funds ki bjh se immigration ne refusal de diiii.....

I wanted to ask if the company is located in London but not established from london example your company. For this instance these companies from different countries like germany,greece,sweden and maybe other regions. Do they also provide sponsorship licenses?

Hi bro. Just now i completed my MBA( marketingand hr) in India. My dream is to get a job in the Uk at the same time i want to gain atleast 2 years of experience in India in the filed of marketing. Is there any possibilities to get a marketing related job in the Uk with work experience. I'm asking this since you told the local talents can perform all management related especially sales and marketing jobs and there is no need to hire candidates from other countries. Also I'm gonna enroll in Python programming course once i get a job in chennai.

It was very informative, one think I want to ask did you do internship while studying or were you employed for your work? I am want to ask because I am thinking about applying for Part time work in my field for second year and its stated in UKVI guidelines one cannot be employed. I am thinking about switching for creative worker visa or government authorised exchange visa, they are both temporary visas usually used for internship and full time work ( according to my research, although I’m not sure 🤔). Mainly I want to make this switch for work experience during summer break. what are your thoughts on this, have you come across this type case?

I haven't come across this case, however, I worked for 20 hours a week during my dissertation at a marketing agency and I didn't have any issues.

There are local talent available for sales, retail and marketing but not for care homes! Care home jobs are actually not to be considered as a skilled job according to me but they are in SOL! Although retail and marketing jobs holds more skill level than care home! It’s very strange and weird policy of the UK!

Hi Ritwik, Is it true that the entire sponsorship amount is non-refundable for the company? What happens when a sponsored employee is laid off? Can you please share details about this?

If sponsorship gets declined then IHS and immigration skill charge gets refunded. But do check official guidelines

My postgraduate will end on August 2023 after submitting dissertation. Then I am thinking of going to India, marry there and bring my wife here in the UK and then apply for psw visa. Can i do so? My brp expiry date is 20th oct 2023.

@@salimshrestha7 brother as per the information I have you can apply for dependent visa only when you have a student status You can’t apply dependent visa after taking PSW.

Please help me brother i have inquiry that mene uk study visa apply apply kara aur mene FD show kri hai jo 6 month old hai and meri FD mature ho gyi hai kal but FD auto renewal hAi khud e auto renew ho jati hai and vo auto renewal ho gyi hai kal lekin vo 28 days old ka koi issue to ni hoga because kal auto renew huyi hai vo and visa already applied hai abhi waiting kar raha hu pls batana

Yes, of course you can get a job but it takes a lot of time and patience.Some people get it in 2 weeks and sometimes it can even take 6-7 months to find a full-time permanent role. I know it sounds weird but even for the freshers role they expect you to have some experience.A couple of my friends had to lie that they have experience to bag a job however,they were good at what they wanted to do. So,if you are planning to find work here as a fresher,it would be extremely helpful if you have some experience in your pocket.

Like which job roles are mostly demanded for freshers and experienced folks and there's a chance of getting sponsorship roles, and how to apply for a marketing internship and job in the uk while doing masters. Basically a specialized video only for marketing students.

Thank you for sharing this video, it is very informative. I am in the same situation, i asked to my employer which is a established bank, but they said they may sponsors after probation period. What are the chances of getting sponsorship and how to handle this situation.

Hey! That's completely normal. I'd say take the job and believe in god that everything will go fine and you will get a sponsorship. Worst case scenario they don't sponsor you - you will still get work experience on your CV that would increase your chances of getting sponsorship somewhere else.
