I would say my favorite books are cookbooks and my favorite would be any “Tried and Tested” cookbook! You know, the ones that are from church, school or other groups; where people submit their best recipes. I can sit and read a cookbook cover to cover…when I’m not crocheting!

Cool yarns! I always liked the film "The Shuttered Room".I dont read horror novels. I think the film was destroyed in a fire decades ago. It always scared the beejeebers out of me.

12 skeins of yarn, wow! What a fantastic opportunity 🥰 One of my favorite authors is John Saul. I especially loved "The perfect nightmare" as well as "The homing" that one actually brought back a childhood fear I had forgotten I had, followed by a month worth of nightmares😅 And I just could NOT mention John Saul without mentioning The Manhattan Hunt Club. I used to work for Amtrak and over the years I have collected quite a few rusty railroad spikes. I was at a book signing (for a different book) and I got John Saul to autograph one of my railroad spikes! He said it was the most unique item anyone has ever asked him to sign but it makes sense if you read the book 😘

I couldn't say I have one favorite book, but Mercedes Lackey is one of my favorite authers and she has so many different series. I also love Dragon flight by Anne McCaffrey who has many series and has collaborated with Mercedes Lackey. Terry Brooks also has two of my favorite series.

Hi, Ann! Gosh, those are pretty yarns. Those colors are just so soft and fun. The cotton yarn would make great washcloths for my camping gear (my winter project is to make washcloths and dish towels to keep in my camp kitchen kit). And I LOVE Horizon, and that colorway is gorgeous. I have the tools to re-wind it even! Narrowing down a favorite book is HARD, I read a LOT hahaha.
