The reason they are trying to cover this up so much is to stop the outspread of rage across Britain. I think He's not 17, hes not a boy, i bet he's an illegal immigrant in his 20s / 30s and they know if that gets out, it'll be catastrophic.
@@randomrachel1232 So you know what's true and what isn't? You have the same sources as i do ... Speculation and opinions. So stop trying to be TOO smart.
@@sikm8100 We all have access to msm who have printed his age and name since a judge ruled it today after the daily mail applied. It confirms everything I knew 🤷♀️
@@Renegade1127 Bill of Rights says you are entitled to a jury trial. Says nothing that the trial has to be open in all stages for everyone. Even in other democracies, high profile court cases will be restricted.
Now dj lad. Just an insight here for you. I’ve been on the other side of the law many times. Especially as a youth. Even a youth court members of the public were allowed in to view still. None of this closed court nonsense 🤔🤔 this is being covered up as much as possible. Ask the questions
"seen to be done'" Very shrewd If the sentencing is public, that is enough by far, I suspect there are so little media spaces so they are by accreditation
@@MedicWarrior27 So easy to only allow the corrupt media who support the corrupt system. We need to be able to see for ourselves and not have a censored or twisted version fed to us. We have had enough of that already. It is incumbent upon the authorities to enable the process to be seen by the public for themselves else they fail that principle of Justice. Especially so when the authorities have such a history of dishonesty and making flagrantly untrue statements. To fail to enable us to see for ourselves simply adds to the accusation of their corruption and the accusation they manipulate the Judicial system. It is, after all, a mark of tyranny for a government to control the media
Just as someone is about to say something interesting about the police and poof no more live. It stopped on a good image though, did you see how those two in luminous looked at him.
Don’t think it was wise to play a voice message someone else has sent you. Especially give what he said. I’m sure he wouldn’t have said that publicly- ?
Family and youth proceedings in a magistrates court are held in private, not public. The judge can then decide how a future hearing is held and whether there are restrictions. It’s common knowledge. The defendant will only confirm their identify before being referred to crown court.

For all the thickos out there, the media cannot name a person under 18, unless it is done by the presiding judge. There's no caveat that nullifies the law just because some people are getting angry. And quite rightly too!
