🛳️⚓Join us today in our second Norwegian port, the beautiful town of Olden. We arrive into Olden at around 9am in the morning. We don’t have a Royal Caribbean excursion today but booked something online prior to our cruise. We are in port until 7pm this evening.
Today’s video is an overview of our day, I will go into more detail about our excursion in a later video.

What a crowd getting off the ship. What a quaint town. You sure wouldn't want to kayak in that river. LOL. What a beautiful drive. Enjoyed seeing all the Caravans at the Campground. That waterfall was spectacular. I've always wanted to book one of those safari type tours vehicles. We eat at a place in Door Country that grows grass on their roof. Then they parade goats down the street at the beginning of the season to eat from the rooftop. It's a Swedish restaurant. So much fun. You put you name on a post it note, and if a goat poops on it, you get a prize. 😂😂. Just beautiful.

Wow there is a lot of epic scenery in this video. Definitely somewhere I would love to visit. I dunno about you but I wouldn't mind if it was my job to drive those little buggy's around as it looks fun. And oh my the size of the ship when moored up alongside that tiny little waterfront near the end of the video looked epic. Excellent video. Have a super sunday, cheers from barnyz

Hi Nettie! Olden looks really lovely. Loved seeing both the waterfalls and glacier on your day trip of ship. The troll cars looked like a love of fun to travel in and gives and opportunity for really great views as you travel. Our weather was awesome, I had packed for cold and wet as that's what the forecast told me, so I way overpacked for what we needed. We were so lucky.

Im impressed with the ship it looks so pretty inside :) definitely a foggy day for an excursion but wow the glacier water looks amazing and the valleys are so beautiful :) loved the waterfall :D exciting making your way to the glacier in that buggy :) those views just wow!

This brings back good memories of visiting Olden. I went up the Loen Skylift when I was there, but I want to visit the glacier next time! The troll car looks like a cool way to visit it!

Yes I want to do the Loen Skylift if we get to Olden again. Some people did both, but that is a lot of rushing about!
