After applying relaxation in my spriting technique I found that I am not able to apply my 100% of force into the ground, which is ultimately resulting in decrease in my speed Can u suggest me something.
So, relaxation is letting go of the nerves and external factors....and we need to put in effort when sprinting,but too much effort causes tightening? I'm so lost Because top athletes like Justin Gatlin said You need to be very aggressive in the start, if uou aren't the consequences will come after later in the race In another scenario when Noah Lyles was asked if he floats in any part of his race and in his words he said " FLOAT?! Nah man, ain't nothin' like that in my race plan". And he's also said if you let up in any part of your race,allthe effort will be wasted So please, if you can look into this and make me understand a lot better, it'd be really helpful....Thank you🙏🏾
You need to watch more than just one of my videos to understand. There are nearly 300 of them. Keep studying. Relaxation is essential to sprinting. ALL of those athletes you mentioned use it. You only have to look at them race.
