They have done some bump n runs in their time but not like this..he drove through not "getting him loose"... big difference..any race fan knows that and that's why NASCAR had made the correct call about it too

What racing have you people ever watched , if you think that nascar of today isn’t the most boring racing in the world then google some of the older races and watch how it’s supposed to be done , Formula one is more exiting than nascar and that’s not saying much , Late Model Dirt Racing is the most exiting racing there is , NASCAR isn’t even close not the same universe as Late Model Dirt , Go RTJ #1 .

The 11 went into the barrier hard. What if that gave Denny a career-ending injury? Would NASCAR still let this sort of driving slide? A bump-and-run at a short track is very different from hooking cars into barriers on corner exits.

@cjw00413 you might want to go back to 2014 and watch the race at Phoenix when Ryan Newman used up Kyle Larsen in the last corner to make the playoffs. Gordon went from in the final 4 to being out because of that move . Nascar had just turned into a joke . It's a wreck fest every week .
Oh yeah, I know a guy that was going into the 6th corner in 9th gear. This is nothing special. He did manage to help job security for the guys in the race shops, they are gonna have a busy this week.

I'm not a Joey logano fan by any means. I am not in Austin Dillon fan by any means. I am not a Denny Hamlin fan by any means. But what he did at Richmond was downright intentional and it was clear to see. He did not have any intentions on lifting going into three. his intentions where to win the race if it means taking whoever is in front of him out. I agree with one of the other comments about blaming NASCAR. We have seen too much of this people driving recklessly letting drivers go for the win by any means necessary. It's almost turning into a demo derby.

Leader taken out in 4. Now if joey did something to Dillon early in the race that Dillon didn't like, other than getting the lead, then I could understand why he would do it. Like the whole kenseth logano feud awhile back. Logano took out kenseth. Kenseth kinda shrugs it off. Same scenario following week and logano did it again. At this point kenseth was pissed and rightfully so. Following week kenseth settled it. As far as Hamlin goes he was in the wrong place at wrong time during this incident. I wish nothing but success for everybody but that's not what success looks like.
Idk why everyone is getting so mad. 1: Both Denny and Joey are guilty of running chrome horns. They can't be mad. 2: It's the #3. If you have been around for any longer than 20 years, you know it feels just like home. Nascar and stock car racing isn't F1 or British Touring car and it never was. Run and bump is basically how you race. Nascar in the 70s/80s? Come on now.
I feel like maybe it would be a little better if anyone who does something like that would just own it. Just say I ran in there looking to move him out the way. Then 11 was coming, and I wasn't gonna let him pass. At least be honest about it. And if you really didn't mean to do it, just say I dont know how to drive.
If NASCAR lets little Lord Dillon get away with intentionally wrecking two drivers to steal a win on the last lap; they are just a reality show racing series. IndyCar or Formula One would never let that willful disregard for drivers lives go unchecked. Give the win and the points to Logan and suspend Dillon for the rest of the season.

I've officially canceled watching NASCAR. What this wreckless driver and despicable crew member showed yesterday with no repercussions from NASCAR is disgusting. NASCAR needs to set a better example for younger drivers coming up that this isn't how you race. This guy has sucked from day 1 and a local Saturday night racer has more talent, he's got his grandpa. Sad days
Hey friend, just letting you know, Nascar does their "official" response on Tuesday's following the race. If you do quit watching Nascar, check out the Cars Tour! They had a similar finish, but reviewed the tape, and DQ'd the guy in victory lane.
