@@timchapman5553that is an Irish saying,he is from Liverpool which has a lot of Irish heritage,Irish gypo travellers are actually where the saying started n others in interactions took this saying as their own
@@LarryDavid.blochainyeah. He really should. Sure he’s on a huge losing streak, but chasing one more victory is only shortening his lifespan. I don’t think any true UFC fans, nor any of his fellow fighters, would think any less of him if he retired now. Z
@@AntiPlatitudeBro he is in that circle that only UFC can beat by cutting him. Tony won't stop until he wins but ofc if he wins he will think he still has it in him and being delusional that he is he will be talking about the title... UFC didn't cut him already and maybe even will give him 1 more fight just so he can totally destroy his career and get too old so that he can't go to other promotions after because no one will want to sign him.
I agree, Tony is my cousin and I feel I lost a tad bit of respect for him due to his poor attitude. Paddy has been completely professional before and after the fight. I'd like to see patty turn into what Tony used to be. My opinion only
What's sad is Pimblett was so tired in the 3rd that he literally laid on the ground waiting for Tony to finish him. But Tony made him stand up. Tony messed up.
Nah he just moved to the hood. Apparently he’s using his environment as training, getting into street fights, hitting licks, that sort of thing. He goes by “Paddy Locs” now. From what I hear he’s doing good. He’s making friends, putting it down for his set, and earning his stripes. If only more people were like you Paddy Locs, this world would be a better place.
@danbaba4884 I don't mind a bit of cockiness and shit talking. But there's definitely a point when it just gets to be too much, and Paddy was there at that point. It's good that he's toned it down.
Yea I agree I hated him at first with such arrogance but after awhile he has earned some respect back and Tony is a living legend love his fights win or lose he gonna put it all out there every single time
If it was 5 rounds paddy probably wouldn’t have rushed the finish either. Bunch of casual ass fans that comment this. At least u know how ridiculous it sounds
@@jewmail5395- You are the one who sound ridiculous by calling others casual. Fighters like Tony and Nate pick up their pace in the later rounds. There is a reason why they call him 6th round Diaz.
@@bullrider2681nah he's right, if it was a 5 round fight paddy would have paced himself better and wouldn't have been that tired that early. What he said has nothing to do with if Tony is better in later rounds
Most of them do AFTER THE FIGHT. I hate the fkn circus the put on Before it though. Just shows how much the average buyer likes honorable amd respectful battles,Not at all😂
@@jakecollins4545the point is Paddy is just bad not a baddy. He decisions against a guy on a 6 fight losing streak on the very back end of his career. Ferguson’s jaw is glass after what Chandler did to him. Real fight fans know wtf is up. Paddy is garbage.
Ok so now I have some respect for Paddy. He fought well against a monster. I don't care what anybody says. Tony is dangerous and still a contender. What Paddy said about Tony was good.
Goggins isn't a cage fighter. Anyone training with him would gain a mental edge and endurance but there is a technique and technical aspect to cage fighting.
@@ultimatetutorials197he just flipped his car in a dui a couple months prior You do not know where he’s at mentally He’s delusional as hell that’s all we know for sure
Pimblett broke Tony. Sitting on the stool going into the 3rd, Tony knew it was over. Goggins screaming nonsense in hia face and Tony couldn't even look at him.
Paddy has such a humble attitude for a guy in his position, I’m not into any kind of fighting sports in the slightest but I do quite often come across individuals I find to be worthy of respect and paddy is one of the few.
@@Rileyedhe didn’t get that heavy this cycle said he won’t be doing it anymore will be staying in better shape year round I think he just legit had terrible cardio I’ve never seen him not tired by rd 3 Doesn’t mean he doesn’t train means that for some reason his cardio isn’t great
It doesnt matter at this point for Tony this coming from a huge fan.... even if he gets another win its never gonna feel good until he is out. Sad that his story is that of a power cord that ruined everything
Yep mix of him having time off, handling this entire fight cycle with class, winning AND Ian machado giving the mma community someone to truly hate turned paddy’s career back around He’s gonna be pretty well liked again now
Tony just needs more training but fighting , he even said it himself it was all cardio with David, he needs more confidence in himself and above all he needs God in his life and in him..
I respect Paddy more now for showing Tony the absolute respect he deserves. Tony has always been a great warrior n if he was still young n in his prime, he would've absolutely destroyed Paddy n Paddy knows that. The Full send reporter needs to put some respect on Tony's name, if it's the same guy its no wonder why Nate gave him the " Stockton Slap" that was well earned.
He can’t balloon up to 210+lbs between every fight and expect to be able to compete at the highest level. It wasn’t a “huge” problem in his early twenties but as time passes and his body ages he’s going to have a progressively harder time shedding the pounds and maintaining or improving his endurance.
When Paddy said "anyone can do that" ? Can you imagine Paddy training (trying too) hang with Goggins ? If Tony couldn't keep up Paddy wouldn't survive warm-ups !
I don’t know really much about mma but any time I see a short of this guy… he’s kicking ass or acting class (first time I saw him he was talking about a friend who committed suicide… same time my guy did the same. His speech was on point and somehow unexpected. So… I’m not an mma guy but I will always support him)
He's right Tony it's literally one of the toughest people on the planet but that doesn't make him a good fighter it just makes him one of the toughest people on the planet.
