Aww he did that so well I have these boots from my 2 dogs and they are still getting used to them the main trouble I have is them falling off I’m always scared of them being to tight
😂. You could just see his big smile INSTANTLY disappear when you started putting the sock on like "what is this mum!?" My dogs shoes are all the same for the 4 paws, but I got the exact same reactions. He's been knuckling (as i have since learned it's called) which worries me a bit, but it was getting better as we were walking. We did the same thing though with the front ones first. Felt like it would have been more awkward with the back ones first. I traded his boots for treats when I took them off. Hoping that helps. He HATES them so far, but he's hopefully going to be a service dog. He's a Belgian Malinois, so I'm more concerned about heat than cold, he absolutely LOVES the snow!
Way to go for trying the boots! I think being persistent, making the boots a fun thing, treating him for getting them on are all great things. Bene (my service dog) wears his boots every day and does so well with them. They are a part of our routine when we leave the house. He even lifts his leg up for me so I can put them on. It will get better. You've got this!!

No code. If you have a working dog, there is a program on their website you can apply for. On the ruffwear website, they have a video that talks about how to measure the feet. :) I ended up going with boots that were the same as his measurement.
