I love your videos it helped me stamp last night properly for the first time other times my stampers didn’t work or my plates or my polish now they all work for me.
I would love to see any nail art you could do involving peacock feathers, butterflies and/or a combination of both. The colours of peacocks a so super beautiful and just go so very well together I think it could make a gorgeous Mani look. I love the symbolism that butterflies have and represent as well, and would be equally eager to see what kind of a Mani look they would make with all the myriad of colour combinations in butterflies that exist in nature on the beautiful blue planet we call home. 😊 Take Care! 😊🙋🏻💜🦋💅🏼
Yep bought that as soon as I saw it in the store. I have not been disappointed by pueen yet, plus they're very affordable. And speaking of affordable, pure ice nail polish has a great quick dry top coat called girl on the run, plus their polishes are nice too. At least I think so. Btw I just subscribed so I'm gonna go watch more videos 😉 Ok just found a video with pure ice. I knew I was in the right place 😁
See, I did exactly the same thing. No polish remover on the stamper. Used the tape. Pressed down , rolled, tried everything. It worked once. I thought maybe the tape left a residue so I washed it. It never worked again! 🤔
Not all stampers will work on all plates I've found. I use straight acetone on my plates, if I use regular polish remover it won't stamp. Just a couple things I've learned just by doing it.
It's your nail polish. Clear stampers work with STAMPING nail polish. You can find stamping nail polish at maniology .com ... your clear stamper will work with those :)
I dont think walmart in canada sells these items :( Where did you get your other one you showed that looked exactly the same? i need a good stamper that can work well this regular polish but for an affordable price
Hello, I'm big into stamping my nails. I understand your problem. This plate she is using is sold in American Wal-Marts. If you want an affordable stamping plate under 7.99 USD search for "Born pretty stamping plate". I used regular nail polish for a long time (I'm stubborn) Born Pretty brands work well with silicone stampers! Clear stampers work best with STAMPING nail polish (only!! very important). Purchase a small stamping plate or a small square stamping plate. I hope this helps :) !
Hi I ran to Walmart after watching your video cuz I was so excited about getting the stamping plate well I brought it home excited and guess what it works perfect with the princess nail polish but it won't work with any nail polish I have nothing not and not my Young Nails not not any polishes you have to have that particular polish and I don't know why and so I'm having trouble could you do a video on polishes because it seems like when I have the young nail plates I have to use young nail polish if I have the Walmart plates I have to use that the princess polish so then I have to go out and buy all these different polishes just for those plates I'm having a terrible hard time thank you so much I do love your videos they're so informant I'm hoping you can help me
I've had luck with the Pueen plates and Sally Hansen Insta-dri polish but only with the big stamper in this video. My pink stamper from the Pueen starter kit didn't seem to pick it up.
One question, the roller. Did it come with the set? I’m wanting to find out is, is that the only way to clean the stamper? The reason is, I just tried my hand at it again tonight. I don’t know what brand it is but I’m sure it is Walmart. My niece came over one evening and we tried it. (That was 6 years ago, lol). I thought she read the instructions, obviously not because she was using cheap polish from somewhere like The Treasure Box store. I’m glad I never threw them away. I bought acetone nail polish remover because my first video ever at watching nail stamping was last week, was someone whom I subscribed to her crafters channel. She suggested to buy that polish remover, I don’t like it though. She also didn’t use that roller. Is it a regular lint roller? Thank you for your time.
Hey! I'm not the lady in the video, only someone who's been stamping her nails for three years lol. It is a regular lint roller she is using. it is not a special tool (no worries). You'll want to clear your stamping plate with nail polish REMOVER and the lint roller is to clean the stamper (clear or pink). Clear stampers work with STAMPING nail polish- this is a special nail polish specific to clear stampers. If you have a pink silicone stamper cheap nail polish will work with it. Cheap polish or off brand polish will NOT work with a clear stamper. it's just how it goes. it's frustrating. I hope this helps? Which POLYGEL would you recommend? I'm still new to gel polish itself but my natural nails are getting thinner now and I could really use something for reinforcement for sure! TIA
Hello, I realize your comment is old but if you are curious Maniology .com has GEL nail polish which you put under a solar light to make your nails harden. This may work for you?
I just found this plate at Walmart! I wish they'd get a bunch more stuff because I hate buying it online. I bought the jelly stamper, I had no luck. I started stamping with the pink one that came with the other Walmart one. I've done everything and my pink one never fails to stamp. But the clear one worked once beautifully then never again???
sydney alexander I’m sorry it didn’t work for you! Try scraping lately with a more flexible scraping tool! Leave a good amount of polish on it though plate!
Hello, the clear stamper takes a different kind of nail polish called STAMPING nail polish. regular polish will work with your pink stamper but NOT the clear stamper. I suggest born pretty nail polish or maniology polish. I've been painting my nails for three years. I feel your confusion and frustration lol
I love the Pueen starter kit that I got from Wal-Mart. My local one only had the kit and the latex-tape. 💩 I love that stamper/plate - definitely adding to my Pueen wishlist. So do you think this plate will work with gradients? I just ordered Love Box I/II from Amazon so that will keep me busy awhile.
I bought this stamper the other day... it stamps awesomely for me but keeps falling out. Any suggestions? I thought about running a little double-sided tape on the inside of the holder but not sure.
Do you have to keep jelly stampers covered when not in use? I got one from born pretty it worked well the first time I used it. I let it set out (uncovered) for about a week then it wouldn't pick up at all. Tried priming and washing with soap and water now it picks up just pieces of the stamp. I have no problems like this with my marshmallow stamper. Any suggestions?
angel Glandon, I saw you never got a response. But, I was wondering if you ever found a resolution to your problem. I’m thinking of buying this stamper. I have seen other videos where they said to keep the cover on, just to keep off any lint or debris that might get on it while not in use, and cause it to not stamp properly. But, they didn’t mention what to do in case it happens.
Ok. Yes. Cover with tape when being stored. You may clean them by putting in bowl with dish soap and warm water.. pull out and dry with paper towel. They collect dust
