I have a question! So for making your own stickers does the image need to be a SVG?? Because I was thinking of making my own stickers, but I don’t know how to make my images into SVG file from my iPad.
Hi! Thank you for this tutorial, it's super helpful! Can I ask what app you're using on your Ipad to design the stickers? Is it Cricut Design Space? Thx!
Thank you for this, this clears up a few questions my wife and I had. We were also wondering though.. do you have to use the exclusive Cricket Joy rideable vinyl or are there other brands or products that could be used in the same way? We are simply looking for the cheapest and most economical way to label hearing and necklace cards for our side jewelry business, I understand we have the option of creating our own and writing on the cardstock or we could purchase pre-cut earring cards and simply stick a sticker on it, just looking for the most economical and cost-effective way to do it with this particular machine.
Hi Alexander! If you are able to cut the cards using your Cricut Joy, you may find that the cheapest way to label the cards is using a stamp with your logo. - Dawn
I have just started planning and this machine would be great to make my own stickers can you tell me please what software on your iPad I need to download to make stickers please
How did you have your first set of stickers not have the hallow letters like your second set. Cricut needs to fix that. It’s irritating you can’t get a solid word. I like having the option cause sometimes it’s nice to embellish the inside but other times it’s nice to have a solid word. Thanks for a great video!!
Have you heard of Transfer Magic Ink Jet Transfer Paper I heard you don’t have to use sublimation Ink.. just regular ink. Do a test and give your opinion please.
Hi Kyra! We have lots of tutorials for different projects within our Design School which can be found here: designbundles.net/design-school/search?search=cricut Let us know if you have any trouble!
I got my Joy 2 weeks ago, I am on my iPad but I don’t see the button where you change colors. Neither do I see the button where you change SGV to draw. Help!
Our apologies for the delay in response and we hope you've found the answer but if you are still having any troubles, please feel free to write in to mail@designbundles.net or join us in a live chat so we can help with your next project! - Brittany
@@DesignBundles I am a newbie. I have 8 ½ x11 vinyl sticker paper, for inkjet printer. I have exactly what you are using, except I am not sure which pen you are using. I wanted to make stickers for my grandkids. I have seen image sets (I think that is what they are called)that are really cute and wanted to mix and match those, print them out on printer then have machine cut them out. Haven't found a video yet that shows how to do that on the joy. I do have a membership with ya'll. Thinking I am overwhelmed. Should have bought the top of the line machine, but wanted to start small.
Honey, it would be nice if we could actually see what u r doing, what icons, etc, you are hitting. All I see is your fingers flying around on your iPad. Maybe go a bit slower and give a closeup of your iPad workspace.
